I absolutely love that Premier One Dance Conservatory is a black-owned, family-oriented business. My 4-year-old daughter adores attending her dance classes here. She has been there a year now and every quarter, I ask her if she wants to return, and she enthusiastically says yes every time. She loves Ms. Adrianne and enjoys dancing with her friends. The environment is supportive and nurturing, making it the perfect place for young dancers to grow and thrive. Highly recommend!

I have been at Premier One for around year and this is the best experience I have ever had at a dance studio. The people here, both my instructors and peers have been very supportive and have helped me to grow in my dance journey. I have learned so much in the past year and I have also had a lot of fun. I think that this dance studio is very accepting and would be a nice fit for anyone who attends.

I have been going to this studio for a while and from the time I got here till now I have been improving a lot. Madison Savanah has improved my confidence and dancing skills a lot and has also taught me what I am actually capable of. I would definitely recommend this studio for all kids/teens, so their full potential can show.

I was the most recent hip-hop instructor and had to make an unfortunate and abrupt exit. Apparently, this is common for instructors with this company. The company director, Adrienne, and her daughter, Madison, run this business and it is extremely unprofessional. The communication is HORRIBLE, there is no structure and they overwork the kids. I was staff and had no clue on the innerworkings and/or logistics of the place. I believe I was intentionally inconvenienced. When attempting to voice these sentiments with the director, I was gaslighted and disrespected. I worked too hard with the kids to be mistreated. I now understand why they have lost so many instructors and kids.

As for the kids, their foundation is modern/contemporary dance. Coming in as the hip hop choreographer was a task because I literally had to train and mold them in the style. This took time and should have been given more attention by the director and her daughter.

I think the best decision was to quit because this is obviously a family run establishment and I feel that the environment will always be unorganized. I was hired to teach/choreograph hip-hop - NOT to handle the performance music, coordinate outfits (which they never purchased hip hop outfits so where is the money going?), hair, scheduling, etc. Those are duties/factors that the company director should execute, communicate and maintain. NONE of that happened and I was to blame for their shortcomings and poor communication. Every recital was stressful for these reasons and not just stressful on me, but stressful on the kids, and they matter most. At least they should matter most, right? The director's daughter's face is everywhere lol, there is a cardboard standup of her when you walk in the studio, and she performs and has solos with the children. Is it about the kids or...? Let's also not even mention the numerous times the kids came to me to vent about their own frustrations with this place.

Besides this, I did my best with the kids and it was amazing to see them progress and become hip-hop dancers. I am sad to have to quit the establishment because I did develop bonds with the kids. I wish them the best and will miss them.

I recommend this dance school because I saw so many young women develop into strong black . Leading them to obtain school scholarships for universities as well as opening up their own dancing schools.

So no matter what people say , we could be doing doing good or bad they will still talk about you!
So keep making a difference no matter what! Define your own purpose !

When I first came here I really didn’t know how to dance for real or I wasn’t that flexible, but from being here I have got better because Madison and Mrs.Adrianne push me to get better every day.

There is only one word to describe Premier One Dance Conservatory which is excellent. The family-like atmosphere is what really makes them even more spectacular. My daughter has had tremendous growth since she first started. Her confidence has gone through the roof thanks to the director, Ms. Madison.
