I have found my new auto repair place! Brought in my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe for an oil change — they did a safety check and saw that my brakes needed some work. Tessa brought me back to meet Christian (the mechanic) and he showed me what the issue was with my brakes. I have never been brought back to meet the mechanic so they can show and explain what is the problem - love that!!

They had to keep my car so they offered me a loaner car. Wonderful experience.

They fixed my car in a day and made it easy for me to pick up my car after hours since I work in Boston.

When I got into my car I noticed that they had cleaned the interior of the car too!! AND gave me a shirt and a koozie!

All in all wonderful experience with communicative, experienced professionals.

My experience at Premier Auto Repair, was great! The staff are very friendly and efficient and they really take care of their customers. They did a great job, at a fair price. I highly recommend these guys! They are the best!

Oil change price (with coupon) was the most reasonable in my area! I was disappointed when the office manager automatically charged me for the full price, until I pointed out the coupon. Definitely pull up the website and point out this deal. This will prompt office the manager to acknowledge it exists and apply it. The office is clean, bright, and inviting. Just use caution when navigating personnel and service, as you may need to use self-advocacy to prompt the best price for the services you’d hope to receive. Overall, a promising place to find auto repair.

This place rocks! Ashley and Jake (I think that is the name of the Tech) were fantastic. Customer service and hospitality were great! I love the free loaner car, and that was needed as my car was in there for a few days. They had a job that turned out to be harder than expected and didn’t complain or increase the price. Their inspections are thorough, and I definitely will be coming back with them as the primary shop for my car. Thank you!

I have never experienced such excellent customer service at an auto repair shop. My repair went from routine to complex, but I was kept informed and given a loaner throughout the process until it was thoroughly addressed. Tessa and Ashley rock! As a woman, this is my go-to place from now on. Great prices, too.

The team at Premier Auto is always friendly, helpful, and considerate throughout the process. My wife recently needed a quick tire change after an object became lodged in her tire. They assessed the tire within an hour and ordered and installed a new tire within four hours.

FINALLY!!! An honest auto repair shop!!! This was quite the experience for me. I’ve taken my 2010 fusion with 110k miles on it to FOUR different repair shops. FOUR. They found everything wrong EXCEPT for what was actually wrong with my car! And each time I had no choice but to trust what the mechanics would tell me. After all, if I were a mechanic I’d know what was wrong in the first place! Now this is just one of the things that sets this place apart from the rest. When they looked over my car, they actually sent pictures of everything they found! Right down to the engine filter! So not only did they FIND THE PROBLEM but they SHOWED me the problem! With very detailed descriptions and a very detailed estimate. No more just “trusting” whatever the mechanics tell you. The place is clean, up to date, the customer service is excellent, Ashley was very helpful. She was so nice went above and beyond for me going back to my car to check on something for me, just overall great customer service. Jake was my mechanic. He was very impressive. He took great care of my girl! Recommend what needed to be done immediately, what will be needed soon, and what he recommends I do in the future. And yes that came with pictures too!!! Wow! Just wow! I was so tired of pouring money into my girl and never getting the problem fixed! I take very good care of my car, my girl, she’s in fantastic shape and I want to keep her that way! The prices are reasonable too! Overall my experience with them was 10/10. I will definitely bring my other car there as well. Oh one more thing….. the prices of excellent tires are awesome! Way better than what I’ve paid for decades at a major retailer. I would bet it’s safe to say this place is going to get very busy with the quality of work they do. And the way they do things. I would imagine it’s going to be hard to get an appointment here soon! Thanks Ashley and thank you Jake! My girl is back!!!!
