Great shop with amazing customer service. Jason helped me as I was passing through town with a stator issue. Had me in and out in 2 days. He's got good knowledgeable mechanics and they care about their customers. Would recommend them to any Harley Riders out there! BTW, ask to see Hank for some good pets!

Had a clutch issue on FLSTSE3, I wanted that fixed and drain and refill all DOT4 areas, and some other concerns. First, the end result was outstanding. Everything is back to normal, Jim even suggested waiting on some of my concerns since it was not time. Saved me some bucks and even removed the unsightly mess of chrome wheel weights I had, rebalanced both tires perfectly, without me asking. Nice touch, HD in JC is closed forever and this is my new take the bike to the pros place. All PROS and not even a hint of a CON. Ride hard and if you can't stop here, so you can.

I've been going to Prarie Hawg for service of my bikes, for about ten years. I've found the owner, Weedy, to be very thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable about Harleys and very reasonable about his charges for labor and parts. I live in the Kansas City area and anytime I need anything done on my bike, I give him a call and head that way when he says he can get it in. I always try to get there when they open and he has always, no matter what the problem, has got me headed back to Kansas City very quickly and in good time. On occasion I have been traveling through Manhattan and needed some type of service, and he has always got me right in. I gave up on regular Harley dealers, because they can't provide as good of service and pricing. Thanks Weedy, Jay.

We purchased a new rear tire, which took 4 days longer than it should have to. The owner didn't even call us to say it was in. We went in the store, and when we requested a refund, the owner threatened us and refused a refund. I would not recommend this business, go somewhere else with real customer service.

Horrible service, messed up my bike, don’t use these people!! Better off learning to do the work yourself and getting it fixed the right way.
