I recently had my cars steering go out. I was able to get the cars there on a Thursday morning. They checked the car and called me by 11am with the problem and an estimate to fix. They received the parts on Friday and started the repair. Unfortunately they received the wrong part. They were able to get the right part and finish the repair on Saturday morning. They really helped me out in an emergency!
I do have a little issue. After the car was fixed it had another issue with the cooling system, unrelated to the previous work. I brought the car in on Monday morning. They diagnosed the check coolant light warning, it was a sensor.They were able to replace the sensor once the car cooled. Now between diagnostic and the sensor replacement this took less than fifteen minutes but they did charge me for an hour labor. Seems a little high especially after I just spent a large amount of money a day earlier, seems like they could have just changed for the part. I realize they are running a business but something small like this would be good to fix at no charge or even a reduced rate.
I still would give these guys a five star review and recommend them!

These folks are not only very knowledgeable however nice as well. I have had my jeep in here before for several serious issues. Last night my Crankshaft sensor went out on my jeep. Took it to them this morning at about 9am explained issue they had me fixed up and done by 1030. I would recommend them to anyone and I have.

My daughter is new to the area and started to have some issues with her vehicle. They were able to get her in right away and identify the issues to get it fixed. She started to have a few more issues and they fixed those as well. She said that they were great to deal with very friendly and explained everything to her in a way that she understood the repairs. She will be going there for all of her oil changes so they can check on the car each time. If repairs are needed in the future this is where her car will be fixed! Thanks Ploof's!

Ploof’s Showtime is my new go to for anything car related. They took care of my wife’s car extremely quickly with great quality of work, as well as customer service. Letting us know what needed to be done, what could wait, and even an inspection of the whole car to see the overall condition.
Right at the end, the owner even came out to look at my truck and gave me some pointers regarding some bodywork done by a previous shop.
They have earned lifelong customers from my wife and me.

Thee worst place to take your vehicle… replaced water pump. Then we picked the vehicle up same day drive straight to Fairdale. Vehicle breaks down at exit. So we tow vehicle back to shop Before hand vehicle was having no issues besides water pump. Now vehicle needs complete wiring harness, and no telling whatever else. Was told we need to pay for the towing as well even after it broke down directly after we picked it up from the shop. The worst mechanic shop in history and super unprofessional

James and Carl are two very good guys that know what's going on. They helped me out with more than I could thank them for. But I'm thanking them now and I hope the shop is all they've busted their butts for it to be. Good luck in the future and thank you again guys. One day I hope I could enlighten James on what the real issue was.

Ploofs is amazing! He helped me with my breaks and offered to help with tires.. he is always trying to do what he can to accommodate to my schedule as a single mom he really doesn’t understand what a blessing that is.

Fair, Honest, and VERY recommendable! We were searching for a car to fit our family’s needs/wants FOR MONTHS. James showed us the perfect car for us, within our budget! At first he just gave us a price estimate based on the cost of repairs, and he stuck with that price even though he did way more work than expected. While we just purchased the car today, we are expecting to come back to James for all of our car needs in the future. It was the best experience!
