We were referred to Pierceton Peddler while in the area because we had a water leak, and our electric steps were not retracting. So, the guys (Josh, David and Leonard) tag-teamed our Rig in a beautifully choreographed dance of RV repair! They pressurized the water system and found the leak! (Kitchen sink water line inlet) and thankfully it was my DING-DONG-edNess forgetting a washer while installing a new sink. What a relief!! I thought we were in for a total sub floor tear out. As far as the steps... They were bent, and rubbing each other at the pivot points. Lil Hammering and pulling them with a strap and forklift BOOM! They work enough to get us thru until the motor gets delivered. I can Not express how These guys were so kind and knowledgeable. They were booked out until OCTOBER, but during our phone call said they could squeeze us in 1st thing in the morning. And if it was an easy fix ...they'd fix it, and they did exactly that! We learned several lessons from this event, physically touching a water line when no visible water shows underneath the cabinet is a big one! We will never forget you guys! Lastly.. The receptionist (Tara) as you might expect, matched the rest of the crews energy and kindness. She was always a delight to speak with. Patient with me as I frantically try to schedule an appointment.

This place is great to deal with. We had a camper get hit by a hail storm and ended up being a total loss. During the process of trying to get a quote for my insurance company I couldn't find anyone willing to even give me an estimate because of the extent of work needed. After dealing with that nightmare for awhile my insurance company recommended Pierceton Peddler. I took the camper up to them and within a week had a full estimate made up and was able to get that over to insurance. Tara helped me though the whole process and was just a complete pleasure to work with. When I arrived with the camper the techs were very helpful in answering my questions and just an all around great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to have camper repairs completed. I wish all RV repair felicities could be this good to work with!

Josh did a lot of work to our Silver crown (Renegade comparable) Super C on a Frieghtliner chassis. Replaced rear garage fold up ramp door, replaced rear corner caps and a lot of aluminum skirting, reskinned 3 basement doors, replaced old dometic awning with new girard, added outdoor TV box, repaired all basement door hydraulic arm attachments, replaced slide topper, and the list goes on. Very happy with the quality of work, and excellent comunication throughout the entire process. I am very picky and always struggle to find any contractor/mechanic I am happy with so I do most things myself. Highly recommend.

Josh at piercetonpeddler came highly recommended by the forest river factory. We needed a cable replaced on a tip out and also had him do a little bodywork while we were there. They were very efficient, had us in and out and didn’t take us to the cleaners. I would recommend them, they were honest and fair.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience. We live and travel full time in our rv so it’s difficult to coordinate repairs. We scheduled months in advance but when our plans changed they allowed us to arrive a few days early. They hooked us up to power and water and we were able to stay on site while the work was done.

We had all 4 of our slide toppers removed, cut down to the proper size and reinstalled. (They were installed wrong by the dealer when we purchased) One was completely broken and they were able to reuse some of the parts which ended up saving us money. The work was completed a day ahead of schedule. Highly recommend this shop if you’re in need of repairs.

Pierceton Peddler is the best. We bought a brand new toy hauler this year and it has had many issues. We weren't getting anywhere with someone to help us or even our dealership that we bought it from and Forest River directed us to Pierceton Peddler for mobile service. They came out to our house and replaced a landing leg that we had multiple issues with. They knew what they were doing and fixed it with no problem. They are extremely nice and professional. We will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I just bought my first RV from them. Then unfortunely we then discovered that our black and gray tanks are cracked. After a little bit of back and forth with Tara(Who is a sweatheart by the way) and Josh(The Very Busy Owner) We were finally able to nail down some time to bring our RV back in to have it looked at. By NO FAULT of their own(Pierceton Peddler) we discoverd that the previous owner had tried to repair the leaks themselves, They literally did just enough repair work to pass it off on the next person. Which was/is myself. Josh has been really great about the whole thing and we even worked out a deal that is fair to both of us. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Pierceton Peddler as they have been more than fair and accommodating with our situation. Thank you to everyone at Pierceton Peddler!!!
