They are reliable and do great work. They are a family owned business which makes me feel like I am really being taken care of. They are close to a couple coffee shops too if you don't want to sit in the waiting room.

I have had several experiences here and all positive, but most recent was above and beyond. My daughters older SUV kept leaking battery power when turned off and had been seen at other shops without resolution. The technician at Phil and Sons probably spent a long time correctly diagnosing the problem to a computerized control unit in the heater core. Gloria in the front office priced the part and saw that it would be prohibitive, and on her own initiative contacted multiple recycling yards and found the part. Problem fixed, car saved!

I came in for an inspection sticker on a Friday afternoon and had probably the best experience in 15+ years of needing inspection stickers. I called first to assess availability and the front desk staff was very courteous and said I to bring it in whenever. Once I got there it was about a 5 minute
Wait, with plenty of seating inside and out. Sure enough I didn’t wait long and they brought my car in. Inspection was quick, I paid and left all within a half an hour. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back again!

This is the first shop that really exceeded my expectations. I went in needing a Drive Shaft replaced on a Honda Pilot. The issue was I had an extended third party service contract. When I brought it to another shop they didn’t want anything to do with it. They said it was “to much of a hassle” I went to Phil’s and they simply said yeah we can do that through your contract “No Problem” They took care of things from there on. Getting paperwork and approvals done. Once that was out of the way they called me and said when do you want to come in. I had met one of the techs and he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Since the repair has been done car has performing better than it has in years. The key for me was also the customer service here. Someone was always available to communicate to me and let me know what was going on. Which is a big piece most shops no matter how good are missing. I will definitely be back.

I truly feel lucky to have found this business. My car recently failed inspection for a ball joint. I called around a lot of places to get estimates. One guy told me $650 because I needed to replace the entire control arm. When I called Phil and son’s the women on the phone gave me two estimates because it could be one of two parts. Both estimates were way less than anywhere else I called ($170-$330). As a women I am always nervous when dealing with repair shops. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of because of my lack of car knowledge and for simply being a women. Phil and sons made me feel like I was getting a fair and honest price. The cost ended up being right in between both prices and the car felt great when I picked it up. I will continue to give them my business and will recommend them to anyone I know with car troubles.
