I recently had a disappointing experience at Peppi‘s Auto Repair in Medford. Initially, I brought my car in for some repairs, and although they charged me a hefty amount, I expected quality work. Unfortunately, soon after I left, I noticed a strange noise coming from the vehicle.

When I returned to the workshop to address the issue, I was informed that I would need to pay extra for additional parts to fix the problem. Frustrated, I decided to seek a second opinion from another mechanic. To my surprise, they informed me that the shock absorber had been installed incorrectly, which was causing the noise.

Overall, I felt that the service at Peppi’s Auto Repair was not only overpriced but also inadequate. I would not recommend this workshop if you're looking for reliable and honest automotive repairs.

I just needed an inspection sticker and gas, I got that! Nice guys, full service gas station. I'll probably stick with them in the future when I'm in the area. Comes up as AL Prime on CC statement by the way.

A lot of places do inspections, so it all comes down to service. There are nice people here, professional, I was even offered nice Brazilian coffee while waiting. Customer for life!

You want to be angry, throw your money away, mess with a lying and dishonest mechanic, go to that place and leave your car in that garage. They don't know how to work, bad mechanic, liar and dishonest. I took my car to him to fix it, my car was in his hands for 3 weeks, he didn't answer the phone or answer messages, when I took the car, I paid more than $2 thousand dollars, he said he would have fixed the car, he broke my car in two places, left the wiring loose on the hood of the car, I sent a message talking about the damage he left in my car and he didn't even open the message or answer the phone. Stay away from this place, it's a fake mechanics.
