I would rate this school a flat zero!!! My daughter has been bullied by three girls and her life was threatened and nothing was done about it. Also the teachers are incompetent and lack diversity knowledge. I never wrote so many correspondences to teachers or administration in my life. I am very disappointed how the adults in this school handled situations as they arise.

i was bullied for eight years at sierra verde and finally moved to paseo hills during my eight grade year...i didn't know anyone and i was so scared but my fright turned into happiness when a crowd of amazing people came and greeted me....it's a very excepting school and the teachers and staff are nothing but amazing!! i have nothing but good things to say about this school and recommend it for anyone and everyone!!!! this school saved my life, i went in to paseo in the most suicidal and depressed state i had ever been in and came out feeling like i was on cloud nine!! my grades turned from D's and F's to A's and B's ever sense i moved! it was the best discussion i ever made and recommend this school 110%!

This school is just way too big. They do not care to get to know parents. Also I feel there are racially biased practices at the school. Last year my son was spanked by a relative that left a mark, the school called CPS and my son was removed from my home and placed in a group home for 2 months. I fully believe had my son not been black, we would have been given the benefit of doubt that the small mark on him was an accident, because it was. My son wasn't bleeding, he has no broken skin, no major injuries, just a mark from his spanking which yes is bad, but accidents happen. As a result of Paseo Hills actions my son was abused in a group home for 2 months and subjected to watch the bigger boys (my son was 6 at the time) perform oral sex on each other. He was traumatized. Do you think ANYONE from Paseo Hills reached out to my son or my family even once? No, they did not. I honestly feel they did not want him at the school to begin with.

I tried open enrollment but was forced to send him back to Paseo Hills. How much more can they screw up? Well yesterday was first day of school and my now 7 year old came home and said they put him in 1st grade by mistake. I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can leave this low budget non caring racist institution. I hope my boyfriend gets his raise soon so I can just home school my son.

I love this school, my daughter has been there since 1st grade, if there's an issue the staff has taken care of it. Anyone saying this school isn't fair or that has racial issues is wrong, there's a reason why they say that because this school is top knotch.

The teachers here refuse to call my son by his preferred name. An 8th grade teacher tried making him feel bad at being transgender . saying that he was born female and will stay female. This is unacceptable and I WILL sue if this is not fixed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Some teachers are good while some do not care about your performance and give you nothing but busywork that doesn’t impact your knowledge on the subject at all BUT THE KIDS ARE WACK AND WILL ALWAYS BE WACK

this schools sucks i went there for two years and that has been the most roughest experience ever plus the principal does not even keep the website up to date it is like they are to lazy to do so and they cant even fix up almost all the problems that schools has a few they did tho and the teachers aren't so great and there barely and rarely any after school events plus there newest assistant principal is not so great 2 yrs ago 15-16 school yr i was in 8th 2 of my friends got in trouble so they were sent to the assistant principal and she got so mad that it literally took 3 teachers to calm her down just so she could yell again at the 2 students
