1st I attended a wedding reception here in April. Nice, Large venue. Large open room, large stage & dance floor. Good size parking lot. Kitchen downstairs for renters use with refrigerator/oven access. Beautiful reception.

2nd Friends/family held my baby shower here at the end of June...Again, affordable, Nice and clean, large open room, accommodates a good amount of guests (I had around 40 guests with plenty of extra space). The venue offered a little extra time for setting up. The only downfall in my opinion, No A/C! It was 95° with 40+ guests so it did get quite uncomfortable. Fans were supplied by venue. Other than that. Great venue, very affordable, easy to find and wheelchair accessible.

Visited the building for a basement meeting that was unrelated to the purpose of historical/cultural center.

The building seems a bit dated, but I only saw the basement area. I does look well maintained from what little I saw

They have a great 7Am sunrise AA meeting. The people are very welcoming. It's a therapeutic and safe atmosphere to get real about what you're going through without being judged.

My wife and I rented this hall for our wedding and reception they were very helpful and accommodating.. We were married under the large old tree that was in the small field next to it.. After hearing that they had to remove the tree I secretly contacted them and asked if I may save a piece of the tree.... they said of course! I then surprised my wife with a table I made from it!

Peace and blessings to the community that continues to maintain this beautiful place going. I enjoyed myself with my husband and grandkids looking at the beautiful trees which were donated by the community and decorating cookies. Thank you!

My family and I went to see a magic show they had set up it was absolutely wonderful everyone that works there (that was there today) was completely amazingly polite well mannered and it was a great enviroment to bring your family there for any and all events and/o anything else they have going on, this place is definitly a calming place to be.

This is one of the few small towns in the area that really utilizes a building for its intended purpose. Palmer Historical Center provides a town with an invaluable service of community and building relationships everyone should check out the activities they offer.
