I brought my daughters suburban there for some mechanical and body work, they were top notch they went over and above to accommodate me, while it was there they found some other safety concers and brought them to my attention and fixed them. They went way over and above to get this done on budget, on time, and above all else safe for my 17 year old daughter. Will most definitely be back

Kevin is very friendly, nice guy and knowledgeable at beginning before work is done but after paying cash for work his attitude changes all over places not friendly. I asked for receipt he said give me another $100 dollars. He is required to give me receipt.

If there was a ZERO star option, I would use that ! Went to Orleans Auto Body for an estimate on a small repair and met with Kevin. He could not of been more rude and condescending if he tried. He has no patience or concern for a potential customer and couldn't tell me quick enough to go somewhere else.... So I did and got excellent customer consideration and satisfaction at MID CAPE COLLISION on Old Town Road in Yarmouth. Thank you Kevin for the recommendation !!! Have a Blessed Day !!!

I would send anyone to this auto body shop. They are the best!!!. My car was damaged ,and they gave it back to me like a brand new car. I can't say enough about them. They are pros and really nice people.
