Words cannot completely describe the joy this place has brought me. I didn't have the opportunity to take dance classes as a child and during a turning point in my life I found OSMD.

OSMD has given me so many gifts: the greatest friendships, growing confidence, something to work towards, and the opportunity to challenge myself.

The teachers here are absolutely amazing, every single one. They all bring a background of dance and a wide range of knowledge, they are all kind and strong and accepting. The owner, Amanda, who also teaches, truly cares about the school and the students. You can see she puts her heart into it. The teachers I've had the opportunity to learn from: Portia, Molly, Katie, Natalie, and Rebekah are all skilled dancers, great teachers, and wonderful humans. Special shout-out to Portia and Molly who are not only teachers of mine, but also friends and even mentors to me. I love them so much.

One of the most awesome things about OSMD is that they allow adults to participate in both the main spring/summer recital and the fall Spooktacular. They also have such a nice range of adult class offerings for beginner and advanced. I don't think there is another dance studio with all of these same offerings and with year round classes. I look forward to my classes every week.

I could go on and on but I'll just leave it here lol. I highly recommend OSMD for kids and adults! ?❤️

Our family moved from California to Omaha in February and wanted to find a local studio for our 4.5 year old, Ellie, to continue to grow her passion for dance. She had been with a studio in CA since she was 2 and was enjoying it so we were nervous starting somewhere new. Amanda, her coach, and all of the teachers at OSMD welcomed her and made her feel so special. Fast forward a few months, to tonight- her first recital with OSMD! It went very, very well. Amanda and The Crew's attention to detail was impressive; they put on a wonderful show and Ellie even got a little medal! She recently made the competition team for this upcoming season and she looks forward to her solo dance! We are very happy to see our Ellie continue to love dance! We are very thankful for everyone at OSMD for taking us in as part of the family! ?

Our daughter has been with Miss Christine for several years learning the piano and has been progressing quite well. Our daughter feels very comfortable with her and and she challenges her when needed and knows when to take a step back if she is struggling with concept. Highly recommend.

Great place for dance and music lessons! My daughter started at 3 with the fun summer camp, and from there continued with dance classes. She loves the classes and her teachers! She tried piano and ukulele lessons for awhile, but wasn’t quite ready for that, but I love the flexibility of adding or changing classes based on her interests! She loves trying new things and OSMD has so many things to offer from dance, voice, instruments, etc. highly recommend!

My daughter has taken group voice, musical theatre, and hip hop here. She has loved taking classes at OSMD. She still does hip hop with Charity and loves it! Charity is an amazing dance teacher and she puts on fabulous year end performances. Highly recommend this school!

OSMD has been great. I recently moved back to Omaha and was looking for adult dance classes that fit with my hectic work schedule and I could not be happier! They have a variety of adult classes across different styles and levels, something for everyone. It has been great to get back to dancing in a fun, supportive environment. All the staff, teachers and other students are incredibly helpful and welcoming. If you're like me and used to dance and want to get back into it, this is a great place. If you're an adult and you want to get into dance, I say the same!

My time taking piano lessons at OSMD has been immaculate. My teacher has taught me so much while making piano fun! Not only that, but the front desk staff goes above and beyond in providing such a personal touch to the whole experience. I have never had a problem here and I can’t wait for the memories to come!
