I love going to this studio! Heated classes are my favorite and there are so many wonderful instructors here! Katie, Sarah, Erin, Manuela and Kristin (who I think is also the studio owner).

Went to my first aerial class here today. I cannot say enough good things about the studio, the class but especially the instructor. I was running behind, I burst into tears when I finally got inside. The instructor was so welcoming& offered me a hug? It was just what I needed and for another human to see that was beautiful. Great little yoga studio! $14 for a drop on Aerial Yoga class. All of the instructors are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful! I’ll definitely be back with friends. The studio was clean and the check in process was painless. Spots can be reserved on the Mind Body App, which makes it easy!

Love this place. Good people. Good vibe. Teachers are amazing. My personal favorite is ashtanga. This is the only studio outside of Chicago offering this practice. Truly unique. It’s a great place to come to no matter what your level. And what I find personally attractive about Ohm is that I can push myself and get an amazing workout as well as make progress in my practice. Whether your an avid yoga enthusiast or just an average joe like me trying to be able to touch your toes. This place has you covered with a wide range of experience levels along with my favorite hot yoga sessions. The instructors are kind and courteous. Very helpful when your not quiet getting the pose. Love this place and look forward to coming back!

Fairly new to yoga, I've taken classes with several different instructors here and cannot pick a favorite between Katie, Bonnie, or Susan. Each has been patient, challenging, and inspiring, allowing everyone to work at their own pace. I can be shy when first getting to know people outside of my normal habitat. The regulars have been friendly and welcoming. Happy to have found the place! It's exactly what I've been needing.
