OB and his team went above and beyond for me. My car got rear ended, and I brought my car right to OB’s shop. He immediately took a look at it and explained what I needed to do. He helped me with all the insurance questions I had and talked to me about, what steps I needed to take. The car came out looking brand new. OB and his staff are friendly and truly care about their customers. OB takes his time talking to you and explaining everything ,you never feel rushed. I will definitely be using OB and his shop for all my car needs.

OB is truly an excellent mechanic and I’ve had wonderful experiences each time I’ve visited his shop. He’s very knowledgeable, honest, does great work, and goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy. Definitely recommend stopping by if you need any kind of work done.

I’ve been working with OB for years. He’s an unbelievable mechanic and an even better person. His priorities are set straight towards keeping his customers happy and satisfied which makes is very easy to be loyal. Last time I dropped off my truck, he voluntarily vacuumed the interior and buffed all the lights. If that doesn’t show you he cares about his customers then I don’t know what does. I recommend everyone give him a shot, your car will definitely run better once he’s done with it.

OB and his group are the best I've seen. I had a recurring tire/wheel issue and they patiently helped me every time I brought my car in, and at a reasonable cost. Everyone is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Can't thank them enough. Will absolutely be back for any future needs.

This is the best Repair Shop in Medford MA! OB is the best guy ever. Other shops turned me away but OB did quick diagnostic and FIGURED OUT THE the problem. The fixing process was very successful and quick. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. THEY ARE AMAZING!
