This shop is amazing! I personally drive over an hour to bring my bike here. The work quality is outstanding, the service is amazing and they go out of their way to help. Bailey has been working on my bike for over 2 years now and she has been super helpful the entire time. Whenever there is an issue with my bike she is always patient, she really listens and tries her best to solve the problem. I would recommend this shop to anyone because they are just that good.

Visited Nova for the first time yesterday and what a fantastic experience. Was there with member of the club I’m in , New England Triumph Owners MCC, and they opened the doors and made us feel at home . Friend of mine developed a fuel tank leak and they couldn’t have been more helpful in helping him get it sorted. Can not recommend Nova enough, just a great staff on hand , great people.

Showed up today on my 68 BSA as part of a ride with our bike club and on the ride to Nova my gas tank developed a fracture. The team at Nova. Sayre, Sam and everyone came to my rescue. They gave me some RTV sealant to apply to the crackes tank so I could get home without covering myself in gasoline and wanted nothing for their trouble. Shops with such a great attitude and friendly demeanor are hard to find, so these guys and gals deserve recognition. I couldn't leave with our buying a T-shirt and leaving a tip. Would recommend this team to anyone, truly worthy of 5 stars. Thank you.

I have been going to Nova Motorcycles for a few years now during my time owning motorcycles. At first when they were at their first shop in 2016 when I bought my first motorcycle, a 1990 Honda CBR600. And even to today in their new building with my current motorcycle, a 2003 Honda CBR1100XX. They are great people. Always kind, accommodating, informative, professional, knowledgeable, hard working. I could go on. Although they specialize in vintage and specialty motorcycles, they have always been happy to help service my toys and are happy to answer any questions and give honest recommendations and great advice. I'm just sad that I will be moving soon because I would prefer to take my business here! If you love bikes like they do and want to support a small, locally owned business, look no further. As you find brotherhood and comradery in fellow bikers, you will surely find the same here at Nova. And they have the best shop dog (Bertie). I will miss you guys!

Highly recommend this shop. I was travelling in the area from out of town on a 2006 Kawasaki Concours and I needed some work done quickly. Bailey took my bike in the next day after responding to my email. She then called me twice to update me about the bike. She did the work with intention and care, and dare I say love for my older bike. I would come back here in a heart beat.

Perhaps the best shop in the valley. I know these people personally and I’d trust them with anything. They’re intensely knowledgeable, incredibly honest. I’d say they’re less interested in your business than in your success as a motorcyclist. That’s their business model.
