Wow where do I start. I had my SUV towed in on December 27 after speaking to Bill owner he reassured me that he was able to diagnose and fix within a week. Weeks go by couldn’t get anybody on the phone. No call back nothing when I finally was able to get a hold of them which is very rarely. He told me it might be the fuel pump. It didn’t work, but it started and then proceeded to tell me that he could fix it just needed a different part Time after time again no calls no answer so on January 21, 2025 I had to pay $400 to this garage that didn’t do one iota to my car so I could get it towed out paid the $400 and now it’s at a new garage. They have very low communication with customers . Maybe they are ,short staffed overworked ? Which really isn’t my problem they should’ve shared that they couldn’t fix my SUV instead of bullshitting me around the clock for days on days week after week and little over month later. I definitely would not recommend this garage. They should be closed down horrible With zero communication good luck to whoever brings their vehicle to this garage bill is a procrastinator the owner and he should be closed down and actually I am going to write to The Better Business Bureau about this situation ! Completely appalled with this business, ashamed and embarrassed that I trusted this company which mine you night owl should be a very cautious title to a business so in all due respect, it was my fault so the Better Business Bureau will definitely be contacted

Just read the reviews and please make an executive decision to bring any vehicle there I don’t want to see this happen to anybody else it’s been traumatizing, and I honestly felt I was never gonna see my car again

Good mechanics just need more help or bigger garage , they were amazing until they got flooded with everyone going there, my car sat a few months and someone went in it and took my jack stands from being on there lot for so long 😪

I was from out of town and had a brake issue while passing through North Adams. The owner Bill got me in quick despite being busy and fixed the issue (brake line leak) for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Bill has always worked with me to get repairs done asap. I can't say enough for the customer service. Will not do extra repairs without speaking with you first. If it's not broken he's not going to tell you it is. He's a busy business Best to stop in. He's a hands on owner.

The back end of my Toyota was gone, and all four of my brakes, the price was near half of everywhere else. The owner is honest and doesn't overcharge. Go there for all your auto needs.

Bill and his small crew are always working hard to get their customers vehicles in top notch shape for an affordable price. My whole family brings our vehicles here as we know no matter what, the end result will be the best result. Wait times are sometimes longer but when no wants to work, it’s a lot harder to get anything done let alone mechanical work. Be patient and kind and go see Bill at Nite Owl.
