They dealt with the insurance claims and adjusters directly and pushed back when the insurance company wanted to pay less for the repair. Trustworthy and reliable. We bought a used car still under manufacturer warranty from this company. The sales process was fine and since the car was less than 3 years old with low mileage, we expected none/minimal issues. After 2-3 months of owning the car, it had a sensor malfunction. We brought the car into the dealer and expected it to be covered under the warranty. The dealer informed us that there was obvious damage to the rear bumper where the sensor was and the repair was done poorly (in other words it was a cheap and quick fix to get it sold and kick the can down the road to the eventual new owner). Since the car was damaged, it wasn’t covered under the warranty. The repair bill was $1500 which we paid. I called and emailed Newton automotive since they should have known and disclosed the damage. Newton automotive said it wasn’t there issue and they wouldn’t cover the repair cost or even contribute to it. I would never buy a car from these guys ever again.

There is a reason they sell relatively new cars that the franchise dealers didn’t want- they have likely been damaged at some point, but can be cleaned up to look good. Be careful of these guys and have the car thoroughly inspected before buying from them.
