Went in on 1/3/24 around 1:45 pm. I'm not one for reviews, and hold resentment to those that leave baselessly horrid reviews. i understand enough how shops run and how much of a pain customers can be and to take these reviews with a grain of salt, however i had high hopes based on the google reviews displayed here. I was polite and patient and asked for a quote to do a job and wanted to see if they could solidify diagnosis before this job was taken on (to which the gentleman helping me said they never give quotes out, its not like i was asking for a breakdown, i wanted to know how far out of the hole id be cash wise on a rough est.) i may not have articulated this well enough because the man helping me shook his head with disdain and left the room after asking me who diagnosed the issue to which i responed that i had. this is why i wanted a second set of hands on the problem i proposed. within 5 minutes of me being there they made it very clear that i was either not worth their time or a burden. Their patience lacked and 2 of the gentleman there who clearly have a good repitoir with their clientel no doubt (proof of this on my visit) but they were bickering over wether which of them wanted to take care of me as a customer. Im sure it was just an off day for you folks with it being busy in the new year and all and i'm genuinely sorry to dig you with a shit review but as a first time experience i had way higher hopes of coming in and getting the experience these other reviews had; plus the labor rate is extremely fair for the area we live in, this was my main reasoning for wanting to give them a shot. I calmly left while they went back and forth over who was going to put me on the schedule so as to save myself and them the time they clearly did not want to give me today. And yes, i hold the accountability of my childishness of leaving, i was frustrated and disheartened. i hope others experience better customer service.

Extremely happy with my service here. My car needed a lot of work that was hard to troubleshoot and they were efficient, clear and communicated very quickly. When a large chunk of the work was done I took the car home and noticed a problem still continued so I called them (about 10 minutes after they closed) and left a message and they called me right back, stayed open extra late, took it for an additional test drive with my partner and fixed the issue within a day. Also! When parts were needed they called me first and offered for me to purchase them from a off market dealer and save a lot of money instead of from the 3 companies they buy from (which would have cost me 3x). They even kept the parts they replaced to show me what the issues were.
