The shop does excellent work. I brought my very new 2024 Mazda CX-5 here as part of an insurance claim to replace two doors and repaint parts of the car. They were very friendly and efficient in both providing an estimate and completing the work, and the work was done very well. An added bonus was they work directly with Enterprise and provide rental cars on site which is extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend this place for collision and body work.

New Design did a superb job on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata that was vandalized. Desmond kept me well informed on the progress that was being made on my car. He was very professional and really a nice guy! Excellent repair shop. Highly recommended. We had to have 2 doors replaced and they did a flawless job installing them and 'feathering' / matching the paint of the entire vehicle. There were also unforeseen and finicky issues with some of the parts from the used doors (our car is a 2002 Highlander, and had some very old and niche mechanical issues), but the team at New Design didn't back down and (amazingly) figured it out. Thank you, New Design!

The smallest scratch was fixed flawlessly! I would highly recommend New Design for your repairs, big or small! They are very thorough and they communicate well! Even after the job was down they informed me about what was done, that they reset my vehicle etc. 10/10 highly recommended!

The best auto body shop I have had in a very long time. My 2014 Sonata was vandalized and when new auto body had it and returned it back to me like nothing ever happened. I appreciate their great hospitality even being able to answer and questions and updates. I will always choose JR and his amazing team!!! Thank you!

The proper procedure wasn't followed and thing that were affected after the accident wasn't addressed nor fixed. I left your business needing a jump because my battery was died. One of the main reasons my car was there was because my car wouldn't start after the accident and do be told the accident did cause it even though I didn't have that problem prior. I was told the battery was leaking and it was happening before and i told him it was. They were not able to get my car until a week after my accident and the car set. Once a battery starts leaking that built up start immediately so to tell my it didn't happen becauseof the accident is crazy. My ac stop working after the accident and was told the air is blowing but it's not cold. I like so what is the problem is the line ok. The mechanic definitely seen a woman and treated me as I didn't know anything about cars and I didn't appreciate that
