After I had taken my car somewhere else and having more and more issues, Neal Automotive corrected all of the issues. Ted explained everything to me in plain language and made sure that I was understanding of why we were doing things. They also gave me a close estimate to what I had to pay. My car is driving so well and I no longer have to worry about my car breaking down.

Had to schedule an appointment which was a week out. The drop off was seamless. Customer service was great. There were alot of foreign cars in the lot which made me feel better about leaving mine. Will definitely recommend

I'm from Michigan and I happened to be in Greenfield to buy a car. I wanted it first to be checked out by an independent mechanic but I was driving down on a Saturday. Not only did Neal Automotive work with me to schedule me in on such a short notice, but they were very kind and wanted to make sure I was getting the most honest opinion about the the car I was to buy without wasting thousands of dollars. They are nothing but friendly and trustworthy! If I lived closer, I would go to them for all of my mechanic needs in the future! Thank you Neal Automotive for helping me make an informed decision!!

Where to start. Talk about most worthless mechanic shop. Took over 3 months to get the work done. It was started and 2 days later sat outside for about 2 months then started for a day and again another month. Once done got charged almost dubble the agreement price. Not once was i informed about a single price change. When he broke the parts he charged me for them. Not just at his cost but added his profits to them. I wouldn't go to this worthless place you could truly go to some backyard mechanic somewhere in the geto and get better work. Not to mention the communication. If you want any you wont get any. You will have to do all the leg work and keep ontop of everything because the owner will be to busy telling you he has to get done with so.e other projects before getting to yours over and over. Over the 3 months i received 2 calls from the business. And if i wanted to know something i had to stop in because the front deck people have no idea about anything going on. Save your money time and energy and go somewhere else this place is a joke.
