Secure rehearsal facility. Good sized rooms. There is bleed from room to room, but if you're playing, that's all you're gonna hear...and you can soundproof if you want to.

We have had our production and rehearsal space here for a long time and it is our base of operation. Never a problem with the safety of our equipment left in the space. Since it is run by a professional music management company not a private individual like the last place we left, I think that makes all the difference as to the conditions and how it is run. I am giving it 5 stars for these reasons alone, and the monthly monthly costs make it quite affordable.

Been renting here for over two years now. I've been to jam spaces around the Boston area, although it may be a bit of a commute, this is a very secure responsible place to make music. If you're looking to party and make music, this is not the place for you. It's a nice sanctuary to go up there and actually get stuff done.

This is the most well known jam space around and run by people that really know what they are doing compared to other places we have rented in. The security has got to be the tightest and a plus for leaving your gear in your room when you're not there. It is always kept very clean and maintained, and the staff always professional. I would recommend going here ahead of any other complex because of these things and it is priced right!
