I try to conserve 5 star reviews because if I rate everything highly, it's just not genuine. But this place fully deserves a full 5. For a low cost our room was SPOTLESS. The housekeepers deserve so much praise for how well maintained the room was. The room is clearly old, but I'll take it as long as it's clean.

I saw one cockroach during our stay, but it was freshly dead. We were on the ground floor so who's to say where it came from, but it wasn't alive.

Anil did our check in and check out and he was very kind. There was a bit of confusion with our first room but he handled it swiftly and without hassle.

Thank you to the people in charge of this motel, it exceeded my expectations!

The room was old with a musty odor. Then the bathtub faucet leaked...drip, drip, drip. Shutting the bathroom door helped. However, the toilet leaked at the base! We kept putting towels around it hoping the room service would catch it since we had a busy wedding to attend. No one came in our room the entire 3 days! I had to ask for fresh towels. No garbage picked up either. I had to take allergy medicine from the mold. Good location, quiet at night, and beds were decent. Visiting downtown Catonville was nice to do.

The rooms are outdated. Needs to invest in the hotel Hall way ways on the 3rd floor are taped .
Why, TO hold the wall together. It looks like a lot of water damage. Service,! You cant talk to the housekeepers. Language barrier..
They don't speak to much e English. And I cant speak fluent Spanish. No Do Not Disturb signs. I kept the door bolted while in the room. And used a note to stick in the key slot, Home Made DO NOT DISTURB SIGN. The location is nice. Its quiet & access to multiple stores .

The staff is great. The rooms are clean. Beware people are very noisy and touch other peoples doors. No roaches, bedbugs or mice. No place for small CHILDREN. Had a room with small children and parents were drug addicts. The children were running up and down the hallways all hours of the night. They were constantly slamming the door until 4am . A lot of door slamming all night. I have a service dog he stayed for free. All pets welcome. They have an exercise room. No breakfast. Lots of stores nearby. Prices are good. Just beware of shady people walking around and touching your doors. Otherwise a decent place.

Absolutely terrible place. Dirty and smelly. Loud shouting and laughter could be heard all night in the parking lot behind the hotel. When I arrived to check in, the hotel staff member didn’t even greet me — he was on the phone with an earbud in and couldn’t be bothered. He gave me keys that didn’t work, and I had to come back and ask for replacements. He didn’t apologize or say a word to me; he was still busy with his phone conversation. When I asked him to come with me and check if the new keys worked, he simply turned around and walked into another room. The air reeked of marijuana. I booked the room for two nights, but I packed my things and left in the morning, never to return. A night in this hotel costs almost $100 with taxes, but its real value is no more than $35. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

the rooms at first glanced seemed somewhat Decent, but as soon as I walked into the room there were bugs flying. Some of the towels had stains on them. Bed sheets were itchy, and not to mention you’ll be sharing a bed with roaches. I’ve gotten some sort of bites on my being just from sleeping in the room. The bathroom was nasty asl! Tried taking a shower, but the tub was stopped up. The microwaves don’t work! Some of the staff were rude. First time at a motel and I guarantee you I WONT be cheap when it comes to booking a room again.

My husband and I have been here for a little over two weeks. The front desk attendant Kasandra has been very professional and helpful. The manager Sam displays professionalism and made improvements to the hotel. They are very stern about the no smoking policy which I really like. The housekeepers and maintenance men keep the rooms and facility clean.
