Randy was AWESOME! We own our own business and understand how important customer service is! That is also something that is lacking in a lot of businesses. Not with Morgans!! Had a somewhat emergency with a brake situation and Randy got me fit in with his busy schedule! Couldn’t suggest his service enough! Being new to Tiffin it is so nice having a repair shop that is so good!

Such a great place to take your car and get opinions. Very trustworthy and does what he can without just throwing parts at your car. Our family chooses to wait to get in with him over going to another place we could get in earlier. Can’t recommend him enough!

I called, set an appointment, dropped my car off, got a quote, and the mechanic fixed my vehicle for an extremely reasonable price. Exactly as it should be. Did not try to talk me into any additional repairs or try to sell me a new filter or some other silliness. Great customer service and totally professional. If I ever need work done on my car that's where I'm going.

Tom and Randy are excellent. They are knowledgeable and honest as they come. When it comes to problems they will shoot you straight. If it is something they can fix within their capacity they will and if it is not they will refer you to someone who can. Myself and my entire family have been going to Morgans for nearly 16 years now. Their prices are fair and run an respectable business. If you have car trouble, these are the guys you want to take it it first.

I was in a bind and broke down while out of town visiting my girlfriend, Morgan's informed me they would be booked up until the following week, not having much choice I left my car to them and hoped for the best. 3 hours later they called and told me they were able to sneak me in and the price was very fair. I'm moving to the area soon and I'll lean on Morgan's for any of my auto repair needs!

This family is amazing. I had a flat on my way to my last day of finals, right across the street in Tiffin. They fixed everything for me in half the time i was expecting (even made it in time for my exam), and at half the price! I have been a customer for years and will go nowhere else. They are friendly and above all else, HONEST. If they can't fix a problem they wont rack up a bill in 'labor' for trying to diagnose your problem like other places. I recommend them to everyone!
