Excellent service!

Posting this as someone that does not enjoy dealing with car trouble (nobody does, but I REALLY don't like troubleshooting car problems).

My Jeep nearly broke down the night before Thanksgiving. Loud, rumbling noises and a very rough roll into a nearby parking lot. I was able to get a tow to Montvale Auto Care. It was after 5pm and I didn't have any expectations for what could be resolved and on what schedule. Tim and the team were still at the shop and open when I dropped the Jeep off. Given the holiday and a busy schedule with services already on the books for the upcoming weekend, I was told I'd get an update Monday morning. No issue for me - better timeline than expected.

Early in the day on Monday I received a phone call with full diagnostics of the issue, was walked through the repair needed very clearly, and I gave them the "thumbs up" to proceed. I was expecting another day or two with the car at the shop, but received and update before the end of the work day that the Jeep would be ready for pick-up before close of business - same day.

Huge thank you to the shop for addressing the issues of an older vehicle, all while working around the busy holiday weekend!

I'd recommend Montvale Auto Care to anyone looking for a stress-free experience.

Amazing service at an amazing price. Came here because my side mirror was broken. Brought in the new glass and frame, and they fixed it in an hour for only $200. The dealership quoted me $2000. Would highly recommend these folks. Maurice and Edwardo did a great job.

Had break issues, met with Tim who was very transparent and thorough with what work needed to be done, he and his team did a great job. I had my car ready for pickup same day at an excellent price. Would recommend going there 10 out of 10 times.

By far the best customer service I’ve had at an auto shop. Tim is always super helpful, and is honest with what kind of work that needs to be done on my car without overselling me. Very reasonable prices, this is the only shop I bring my car to. Keep killing it guys!

While they didn't have the tire I needed, they took the time to pump up my donut and check it for leaks. They went out of their way to make sure my car was safe before I got back on the road, even though I didn't purchase a single thing and I really appreciate that. I'll be coming back for more service.

Took my car here due to some wheel bearing noise. The shop replaced the front bearings and claimed they performed an alignment and took the car for a test drive . When I picked up , no computerized alignment report was provided and they were unable to produce one despite multiple requests for it.

On top of that, there was still noticeable noise even at low speeds. Turns
out that the rear bearings also needed replacement . Gave the shop an opportunity to quote the additional work and provide evidence of the alignment. Never heard from them

Won’t be going back - giving more than zero stars as it seems they did at least replace the front bearings. They definitely did not take a test drive or perform any alignment as they claimed

Replaced brakes and tires on my car quickly, with better pricing than other shops, and took care in diagnosing and fixing another problem in the car. The head technician was patient about describing my options and working with me to get it fixed. Would recommend to others looking for auto work in this area!
