EXCELLENT SERVICE! I bought a 2018 wrangler from here off of their website and they shipped it to Kansas. They were personable, communicative and willing to work with me. THEN......the thermostat froze up and caused my radiator to blow. And would you believe it a used car shop actually honored their limited warranty. I was floored. They are honest and trust worthy and men of their word. What more can you ask for.

Well what can you say about this place. Salespeople do their job. Do you wonder if they beat you or not but their job is to make money but put you in something you want and that’s exactly what Matt did. He put me is a very nice Ram 2500 for less than 30 far less. I looked around and the same truck at other places were going for 30 plus. Everything was done in a timely manner and drove out of there very pleased. Had a little problem a couple weeks later call Matt he put me in touch with Ken service dept. And this guy is awesome gets stuff done no bullshitting around tells you what’s up even if you don’t want to hear it he’s very very honest. Bottom line I’ll never go anywhere else for a truck. Great people and great company.

Amazing experience start to finish! Saw my dream car online at their dealership this past Sunday. Called up in hopes of seeing the car that same day since I live three hours away and wanted to avoid weekday traffic. Despite their showroom being closed, the owner Joe answered and arranged for one of his sales team to meet me later in the day. Upon arrival I was greeted by Matt S who was awesome! The car was even more perfect than the photos and Matt was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with me going over the car. (As an aside, I was rear-ended on the drive up there and Matt also helped inspect the condition of my current car and assess the damage as well as calm me down!). I purchased the car and in the ensuing days working out the arrangements, my every call, text, email and question was answered in record time. The car was delivered just two days later and I could not be happier. with the car or the service. I highly recommend Modern Auto!

U.S. Army Veteran here, I feel compelled to warn potential buyers: BEWARE! This dealership operates in a sneaky and underhanded manner. I placed a $5,000 deposit on a vehicle, and within 24 hours, they sold the car to someone else while having my deposit. I then drove an hour during a winter storm, to pick up my deposit. They never gave me the opportunity to negotiate or discuss a better deal for the car I was interested in before selling it. This behavior is highly unethical and reflects poorly on their business practices. I would not recommend doing business with them!
