My experience with Paul and Mobile Auto Repair was fantastic. Paul went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and even gave me a ride to work when I had to drop off my car. He returned all my calls promptly and kept me up to date on the timeline for completion of the job. Based on his great and professional service installing snow tires, I am going to have him do some body work. I have great confidence I’ll be very pleased!

This fellow, Paul, is worth the visit - he's colourful as well as good at his job. He'll fix your car, or replace your tires in a jiffy, all the while regaling you with a cheerful chatter. Last time I went for a tire change, he buffed off a serious scratch - no charge! Hard to beat that kind of service.

Apparently, Mobile Auto Repair is fine if you need your tires replaced or rotated; should you need work done that involves a level of expertise, go elsewhere.

I had a crack in the bumper of my Lexus SUV and was prepared to replace it but Paul Levin convinced me to save money and repair it instead. He assured me that I would not see the repair and the car would be good as new. Four months later it was in worse shape than the initial damage.

I requested the work be done in June but it took Mr. Levin two months to commit to it. After completion, I paid him $550.00 even though he neglected to paint the rear hatch as promised, and a faint line could be seen where the crack had been in the bumper. Imperfect work but I saved a bit of money.

Four months later, on one cold January winter evening, I heard a horrible noise while driving down the Mass Pike. When I was finally able to pull over I saw the bumper sticking out and severely cracked. I pushed it back in and called Mobile Auto the following day.

Paul told me he forgot to bolt the bumper down. The work would have to be redone.

Regrettably, I could not be without a car for a week nor should I have had to pay for a rental. Additionally, it’s a major inconvenience for someone to drive back and forth a min. 45 minutes each way due to his negligence. Someone taped the bumper to the car for me and although it looked lousy it worked fine.

Several months later, Paul was in my area and stopped by to look at the car. He told me he was not responsible and someone hit the car again. Yup, he forgot he already admitted his error and inferred I had the worst luck in the world; only I could manage to get hit in the same spot with the same damage.

I was furious and made an appointment with a reputable body shop only ten minutes from my house.

I told Paul I wanted a refund and after yelling at me, he responded, “I’lll decide what I’ll do.” then he promptly hung up on me.

I had the work done at Evolution Auto on Turnpike Street, Canton, MA. Igor normally does mechanics but has an incredibly talented body guy. My car looked near new when it was completed, bumper bolted down, hatch painted to perfection.

I sent a letter and photos to Mobile Auto Repair; however, as anticipated, my complaint was ignored. It became very clear that Mr. Levin does not stand behind his work, makes errors, admits to them, and sadly, can’t remember that he did. While I’m quite sure this was not done with malicious intent, it cost me quite a bit of money and time. I paid $550.00 for a temporary bandaid that had to be replaced in a few months.

The owner is great; a bit of a character who clearly loves working on cars. You can tell it's his passion by talking to him

I didn't have much done at the shop - new tires mounted and balanced but the work was done well and quickly. He's up front about the cost of the repairs and will break it down before he goes to work. Give him a call.

Paul is very knowledgeable about everything car-related. If they ever continue NPR’s Car Talk, he’d be the guy!

I would NEVER recommend this auto service. He's listed as a MOBILE mechanic but when I called to request services he was one of the rudest individuals. He then became vulgar and profane after I informed due to his arrogance I was not doing business with him. I then hung up and he texted me calling me names.

Called because he is a mobile mechanic and he accussed me of being an Amazon van and was Extremely rude to me and would not help. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is more than one company with Promasters. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!
