Jayce and his team did am excellent job on my truck. They made it look better than it did before the accident. They make sure to only use original parts and are very amenable to the whole process with insurance claims. He made the whole experience as smooth as possible. Thanks Jayce!

I could go on and on about Jayce! His customer service was excellent and really top notch. He was quick to call me back and took the time to answer all my questions, and trust me there were many. A month after I bought my car it was backed into so fast that the driver's side door was dented in and the window wouldn't go down. My brother is my insurance agent and he recommended Mitchell's. Jayce made the entire process seamless. Communication was fantastic and Jayce took the time to explain clearly everything that was going to be done to my car. It took less time than anticipated and you can't tell the door had to be replaced - it looks perfect! They also coordinated a rental car to meet me at the garage so I wouldn't have to worry about a ride when I dropped my car off. I live about 40 minutes away from Mitchell's, but their service and attention to detail made the ride so worth it. They are also just so nice - If you need a body shop, go here!!

Highly recommended! I was very happy with my experience at Mitchell's. Not only did the repairs to my truck come out flawless, but Jayce also went above and beyond my expectations by being a huge advocate for me with the insurance company. Mitchell’s auto body hands down is probably the best body shop I’ve ever had work done by. I’m a very fussy person and Jayce the owner did incredible work from the body and paint work you’d never know my truck was in an accident. I appreciate the professionalism from Jayce. I have over fifty years in the automotive industry I have even owned a body shop of my own at one point. I have never come across a more professional shop. Not one bit of stress never had to deal with the insurance company I dropped my car off got a rental and returned the rental car all at Mitchell’s Auto Body. Repair is absolutely flawless. Car was cleaned inside and out and not one bit of body shop odor !!!
