They are the best mechanics around. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They’re honest about what needs to be done vs. what could be done, and they will recommend the dealer if it’s something more technical, like the repair needs the manufacturer computers or what have you. I appreciate that, because I know when they say something will be fixed, it absolutely will be. They won’t do something half and make you come back. Very nice to have mechanics you can 100% trust, and their rates are also very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I live far away and my car misfired on me. They took care of me right away and called as soon as it was ready for pickup just a few hours later. Great price and very polite and helpful staff. I will come back for sure!

Stopped by for an inspection sticker. After the inspection was done, I noticed a 5-inch crack in the front windscreen right where the new sticker had been placed. The window was perfect when I arrived. They denied cracking the window during the inspection, despite the crack being directly where the new sticker had been attached. The most disappointing part was them denying they’d done it, not offering an apology, and claiming it’s my problem, not theirs. Their solution was to call my insurance company. Thanks guys! Real professional. I won’t be back.

I went in to have tires rotated. Employee at desk seemed strangely unfriendly or agitated, but otherwise was unremarkable (for anyone who has lived in eastern mass) until I went to offer him my keycard. I asked if he knew how to use it, very benign question, not all cars are unlocked similarly and mine was not intuitive. . You can only imagine my surprise when he then screamed “I know these cars we inspect them F you get out of here” and stormed into the back of the garage. Yelled back and forth. Was bad enough filed a police report. It was without a doubt, the most bizarre behavior I’ve ever seen from a garage or really any business. Reflected on how I Asked the question about the key card it was not condescending in any way. Maybe just one unstable or burned out employee but Would steer clear of this garage there are many alternatives within two miles. Have almost never posted a review with google reviews.

Looking at all negative posts I’m sure the owner will write something snarky about how was all my fault.

I had a brake / directional light burn out while commuting and I stopped in here on a Saturday morning and they fixed it in 10 minutes for me and got me on my way. This was very nice of them and the price was reasonable.

They told me the part needed for my car would arrive in 4 days...It arrived 10 days later. During that time, they did not update me on the status and I had to call and ask them twice when the part would be coming in.

Eventually the part arrived and I finally brought my car in. They then told me they couldn't fix the car because it turns out they didn't have the right tools to do so. I am not sure why an auto mechanic does not have the tools they need to fix cars.

It is 10 days since I first went to Minuteman Automotive, and my car is no closer to being fixed. What an incredible waste of time.
