Ownership of the building is great, very easy to work with. The whole crew is very helpful, humble and on mission to do good in their corner of the world. We have been in the building over a year and have recently tripled our space and extended our term. We are very excited to see the building continue to evolve, improve, and get fancified.

I am a black business owner/tenant at the Milky way,I have felt nothing but warm welcoming attitude from the owner and the management staff. Any complaints that I have had regarding maintenance has always been dealt with PROMPTLY. The owner and his wife has supported my business on many occasions. The owner will stop by and check in to see if we are ok and if there is any issues with our space that needs taken care of. He has even given me pointers in growing my business. I AM AS BLACK AS IT GETS and I have NEVER felt like I was never welcome there its the total opposite. I just renewed my lease and I will be here for a very long time. THANK YOU THE STAFF AT THE MILKY FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE HERE A COMFORTABLE AND ENJOYABLE ONE!!!

It’s one of the coolest business creative complexes in Indy! They turned an old milk factory Rogers Dairy into a cool space will all kinds of cool tenants. The owner is very easy to work with. It’s def one of the dopest buildings in Indy!

Yellow Door Ceramic Studio is an absolutely great place. I had so much fun and Tracee Ellis was an amazing instructor.
