Mike has been my go to for boat repair/winterizing for years. He is honest and price is always fair. I was a brand new boat owner and Mike tought me alot and helped in a couple urgent situations. Mikes the best!

Mike has been the most helpful boat mechanic I could ever wish for . I brought in a garage kept mariner boat engine from the 1980s that had a very rough idle and would barely stat running. I half expected him to tell me it would be better off as an anchor. He said it would definitely be worth fixing and took it in to his shop. Shortly after I dropped it off it off he informed me that he went through the carburetor. Mike explained to me there were not parts available for it since it was an older model engine they discontinued manufacturing parts and that I could come pick it up for NO CHARGE . I did not expect much but when I took it out on my boat and it ran like brand new !! Trolling at slow speeds, idling perfectly and it doesn’t die on its own anymore . New life for the engine and I couldn’t be more thankful for Mike doing this work . Glad I found this business it’s an A+ from me and he earned a customer for life, hopefully he charges me money or accepts a tip next time so I can pay him back ! Thanks again Mike and team!!!

If you want good customer service, you might want to go somewhere else. I took my Pontoon to him because I was having issues with my mercury outboard motor. They worked on it, "lake tested it", and $650 later it's still doing the same thing. Now, I understand these things happen, so I called to tell him it was still having the same issues, he said he'd call right back, I didn't hear from him for a few days, so I called back three times, left messages and no one will return my call. This was over 3 weeks ago, I was hoping to have the situation rectified by the time I went on vacation this weekend, but I guess I'm just gonna have to wait till afterwards and take it somewhere else.

Mike did a fantastic job fixing our 91 ski nautique. I am glad I took my boat to him, as he did a number of needed updates and all at very reasonable rates! Reviewing the work, it was all high quality and very clean. Including nice work with wire harness updates which is always a telltale sign of whether a mechanic knows what they are doing!

I can't say enough about Mike! We went to launch our boat the Thursday night before a Holiday weekend and it wouldn't start. We hauled it to Mike's first thing the next day and he spent 45 minutes diagnosing the electrical issue with our ignition switch. He fixed the issue and gave us some preventative maintenance measures to use in the future and sent us on our way. We were on the water within an hour. Thanks Mike...you literally saved our Holiday weekend!

Do not hesitate to take your boat to this amazing man ! I called Mike on a Sunday on 4th of July weekend because after a heavy rainstorm my boat would not start. Mike did his best to walk me through some trouble shooting over the phone before eventually just asking me to bring it in. Mikes shop closes at 1pm and Mike worked on my boat trouble shooting even after closing. Mike got our boat back on the water for a astonishing price! My family and I are so appreciative of Mike and I will not take my boat to anyone else ! A++++++ service ! Thanks mike !
