Awesome people, listen to the customer. Had trouble with my house and coach batteries. Come to find out when I had bought the coach the batteries had been wired wrong. It eventually caused trouble with both electrical systems. All systems have been fixed and corrected. The dash ac compressor clutch was locking up. New compressor installed and working great

I would not recommend them!! I Felt lied to and misdirected to spend unnecessary money from the start !! They Did not communicate with me, I had to keep contacting them. The Rv was there for over a week, even though I had an appointment, before it ever got touched and that was only after I made several calls asking when it was going to be looked at!! And I ended up with almost a $1000.00 bill and got zero repairs in return. Matter of fact I got less then zero repairs because my generator was in about 20 pieces and was given back to me on a skid and in boxes because I declined to pay their asking price of $3500 to have it repaired!! Then when I was told to pick up the Rv and that it was made transportable, it wouldn’t start and I had to call my ride back to come get me because I found that the new battery’s ( that I provided) weren’t even hooked up and never had been, Even though I was told they were and that I needed them for them to even begin to diagnose the issue. So I Had to leave it there yet another day and was lied to yet again!! And as far as my generator, I ordered $175 dollars in parts to repair it, not $3500 !! Bad experience and I will not go back or recommend anyone I know. I didn’t expect my bill to be free, but $1000 for the service and issues I had was just simply wrong!!

Really appreciate the tech that fixed the coolant leak on my coach a week or 2 ago. He worked efficiently and followed me to where I needed to be to pick up my group on time and we took care of paperwork as they loaded. He went the extra mile(literally!) to provide great service

Midwest has serviced our Class C motorhome we previously owned. We purchased a 1999 Class A and it had major repair problems. We gave Midwest a list of what we suspected the problems were. Due to the age of the RV, repairing the A/C system was a major project. Midwest tackled the problem and did absolutely great service. The whole team is very courteous, professional, knowledgeable on repairing any of our motorhomes we have taken to them. They are always willing to go the extra mile to solve the repair problem. Thank you so much. We would recommend Midwest Truck & Trailer for any job.

Did not go, I approached them about roof repair on my Jayco. Found a place closer that could get to me quicker.
