We went to check out Mid Capes line of bathroom vanities and were surprised as to the quality of vendors products they had.

We worked with Donna, “D”, Foster at the Dennis location and I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism, knowledge and efficiency throughout the whole process forgetting a bathroom vanity!

She worked with us with the bathroom projects time lines, continuously followed up with emails and phone calls, etc., even “made it happen” to minimize the vanity’s length After the order was sent to the manufacturer based upon our changing of our minds in the 11th hour !!

Someone who has bought & sold maaaany houses over the years, I /we can’t say enough of good things for our experience Working with “D” foster. If you want a “nice vanity” , I think she does Kitchen’s as well, Go see her.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dee Foster on a bathroom renovation at this location. I have undertaken several large and small renovations and worked with a number of folks during these projects and Dee stands out. She has all the best qualities to make what can be stressful decision making easy because she clearly enjoys her job and guides you through the process with ease and expertise. In addition and more importantly she is thorough, detailed and communicative. Mid Cape is lucky to have such a stellar person.

I purchased some French doors and had a wonderful experience. I had to laugh at some of the negative reviews......"My wife was due the next day......and they would not help......I am a builder". What was he doing sending his wife of nine months to go pick up fence panels! The prices are competitive considering you are supporting good local jobs.
Update 7-15-18: just finished one of my roofs and was very happy with the materials they had.

I like mid Cape home centers, but I don’t like waiting in line for 15 minutes to wait for everyone to return their items. Check out processes painful. The girls in the front handle Contractor sales as well waiting for people on the phone for payments returning multiple small parts just doesn’t allow for a simple checkout process. Not great for the non-Contractor. While waiting in line conversation is such that nobody cares. Everyone rolling their eyes while the line continues to grow. Customer service?

I called on the phone and was switched around switched around. That’s when somebody answered the phone because nobody but contractor sales knows anything about wood but the sarcasm is not needed. I know more about wooden most of those people probably working there but anyways yeah if this is what you guys have to put up with around here I wouldn’t bother.

We thought the window selection would be better. Paints too. Room for improvement at this home improvement place.

Went to Mid Cape because of their reputation. We ordered kitchen cabinets and although I do like my cabinets the customer service left a lot to be desired. The General Manger, Chad, was rude and the rest of the staff unhelpful when we had a few problems. For the price you pay I would have expected better service. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Save your money and ho somewhere else.
