Everyone at that shop is fantastic. Friendly, communication is excellent, manager keeps you posted, and everybody seemed to actually “like” what they do. And I have never seen such a checkup on a car for an oil change! WOW! But it is a very good thing they do - because the car’s axle or drive shaft or whatever they showed me was about ready to completely split off, and the wheel would no longer rotate. ? So that was a blessing.

This location was so helpful to us when we got a nail in our tire 2 minutes before their location was set to close. When we walked in the staff was happy to help which was a relief during such an unexpected time. They had us fixed up and ready to go in less than a half an hour!! An exceptional experience with a super positive attitude from the staff!

We were driving on 65 N when serpentine belt went out. Was able to make it to Midas (we called to see if they could do this) Thomas answered our call and said sure to bring it in. We got there 45 minutes before closing and he made sure they got it taken care of for us and got us back on the road. They did an amazing job and the town of Lebanon is lucky to have this Midas in their area.

Ten minutes before closing another location called to see if they would stay over if they sent me over as they didn't have the proper parts where I was at. The manager Thomas was phenomenal in not only saying yes but personally doing the work on my vehicle staying long after closing to assist. I also witnessed him help an elderly member of the community. Their customer service is top notch. This was my first visit and I will definitely be a repeat customer. They did the job well. Had low brakes. $869 dollars though. I am happy with the work I just need more income at these kinds repairs. Had Caliper stuck two rear pads done rotors kept a brake bleed and two new wipers.

Amazing how they can have so many positive reviews?

I had a terrible experience with this shop. I spent over $1,000 to have my brake pads replaced on my Sierra 1500, and they couldn't even figure out how to handle the OEM front brakes. It took three separate trips for them to finally get the brake pads installed correctly. Each time I brought the vehicle in, they triggered more sensor issues, and by the third visit, they had put my vehicle into limp mode.

To make matters worse, they were completely unable to fix the problem they caused. I had to hire another garage to resolve the issue, which ended up being a simple fix — plugging in the sensors. They wasted my time, money, and caused more problems than they solved. Absolutely disappointing experience.

While on our 11 hours college car ride down I-65, our van's engine light came on and we experienced some concerning issues. Called several auto shops and even a 24 hr one finally, one said they may be be able to diagnose but it was nearing closing time. We went to a repair shop next door to Midas and they couldn't find anything. Took a chance as it was closing time and the manager Todd got Dominic to come back. Not only did they stay open, worked hard to get us back on the road safely, quickly and repaired. Dominic was able to diagnose, adjust and fix everything needed quickly to get us back on the road TONIGHT!! Todd called and ran to get needed parts to make sure job could keep moving forward. All this was AFTER CLOSING time just to help us out. Their teamwork for the job was excellent and their kindness during a stressful time was very appreciated. Way to Go Midas Gold of Lebanon, INDIANA!
