A spectacular experience at Mercedes Benz of Natick! First class customer service. A fantastic loaner vehicle (EQE350). The team (led by Fred Romsey) completed the service work ahead of schedule and less than the estimated cost. My car was cleaned and vacuumed, looking great! Absolutely five stars! Absolutely above and beyond! Took my GLE in for a service today and they were just simply the best. Prompt, friendly, accommodating, kind. The whole team is a dream to work with.

My vehicle had a nail in its tire and it was due for an oil change. They promptly fixed the tire and made sure my service was complete in time for me to pick the kids up from school!

They even had it sparkling and gleaming upon pick up.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mercedes Benz of Natick for some service on my vehicle, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were courteous and attentive throughout my visit.

The service advisor Luis was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle. He provided clear explanations of the work that needed to be done and offered transparent pricing upfront, which I appreciated.

They provided me with a loaner, that unfortunately I wasn't satisfied with, but when I called with this concern, they were super apprehensive and offered to swap for a better option. Steve was very attentive and stayed after hours to make sure I was satisfied and happy.

The service itself was completed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was returned to me in pristine condition. The technicians clearly did a thorough job, and I haven't had any issues with my car since the service was performed.

Overall, I can't recommend Mercedes Benz of Natick enough for their exceptional service. If you're looking for a dealership that values professionalism, quality work, and customer satisfaction, look no further than Mercedes Benz of Natick. I will definitely be returning for any future service needs and will be recommending them to friends and family.

When I first walked into Mercedes, I was greeted by their receptionist Sharon, who was the absolute sweetest! She was so kind, friendly, and always smiling. I was then helped by Brian T, the salesman, who was so wonderful! He was knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase and was overall a pleasure to work with. Many hours were spent together as we worked to finalize the deal and he made me laugh the whole time. I then worked with Kolls, the finance manager, to sign all the paperwork and make the numbers work. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about extra products, warranties, etc and was able to answer all of my many questions. The environment was warm and friendly and I would recommend anyone to come here!
