I had booked both a maternity and newborn session with Memory Lane Photography in Indianapolis. We have had our fair share of photographers for an engagement session and family sessions prior and our experience with Shauna had far exceeded our hopes for how our sessions would go. With a 2 year old and photos-anyone who has/had a 2 year old knows cooperation could be hit or miss. Shauna did amazing with our toddler getting him to interact and cooperate for both sessions. She is so patient and accommodating. Shauna truly puts her whole heart and soul into what she does and you can tell not only by how she is during your session but also in her photos that you’ll forever cherish. I have recommended her to every pregnant momma I know and will forever continue to do so.

Shauna has been taking pictures of our family for ten years. Her dedication to the quality product is what keeps bringing us back. Her care for our two little ones is admirable and it puts us at ease as she deftly puts them in the right places for the shots. We love her variety of props that work with our requests, her ability to capture the smiles of the newborns, and her communication throughout the process. We haven’t had issues with the albums, the prints, or the longevity of the files.

My husband and I absolutely loved working with Shauna! We met her at an event while pregnant and truly blessed to have won a giveaway she was doing at the time. She checked in on us during pregnancy, had a flexible schedule, and made everything about the process so smooth.

When our Little arrived, she was so good with him! He came asleep and never woke up. Her poses for him were very creative and better than we could imagined! She even gave him a little shirt after the shoot!

No one expects to find themselves in the NICU for their baby’s newborn photo shoot, but I’m so glad we connected with Shauna to make these priceless memories. Once my tiny twins were stable enough for Shauna to visit the hospital, she worked her magic with props and positioning in their hospital cribs so we could have photos for Christmas! She arranged the wires and tubes to be minimally visible and was able to crop out some of the other equipment. The nurses and I were so impressed by how experienced she was even in this unique setting. All along the way, she had been a huge encouragement to our family as well. I would give 10 stars if google would let me!!
