Professional, meticulous and honest workmanship describes the staff at Medford City Auto Body.

Instead 3 weeks/1 month they took 3 month to fix my car. I had to spend my money to rent a car because they didn't send the documents do Insurance Company (always a: "sorry, we will send today" or "I need to check"). Besides that take a look in the pictures how the painting is after 5 months.

Called around Medford looking for someone who could check out my broken door handle on short notice and Citi were the first ones who said yeah, come on over and we’ll check you out now. They figured out what was going on with the car, found a part that fixed it and had it all done in about an hour, and all for less cost than expected. They also took time to explain and show what was going on with the car and how they were fixing it. Can’t say enough good things about the service they gave. Car trouble never really happens at a convenient time and often risks keeping you from getting to work and they were helpful making my car usable on short notice so I wouldn’t have to Uber to work while my car sat in the shop.

Carmine was amazing from the minute I called! AAA towed my car to a random lot, Carmine helped me find my car and took care of the damage AAA caused from a bad jump start. He was able to figure out the problem and wrote me up a hand written diagnoses of the issue so I could fight AAA for the damage they caused. I cannot thank him enough for helping me out.
Absolute amazing service! Carmine is a true gem and I will be returning for all of my future car services here!

If only there was a zero star rating. Don't bring your car here unless you enjoy the thought of it being left in the Marshall's parking lot down the street with the windows down while it rains, the actual repairs taking three weeks longer than estimated, and said repairs not even being complete once they happily called and said it was ready to pick up. Oh, and don't expect them to pick up the phone. Though, on the rare occasion they do pick up, they'll answer and say "hold on, let me check on that for you" and just hang up the phone after 5 minutes. Seriously, I don't care if your insurance, your best friend, or Jesus Christ himself recommends this place to you, do not give them your business. I also made the mistake of giving them the insurance check before the work was done. Don't fall for that. Have the day you deserve, Medford Citi Auto!

Horrible place! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They had our truck 4 times and it still came back with rust issue. They never respond to phone calls and kept our vehicle for weeks with no return call. It wasn’t until we threatened them with a call to the Better Business Bureau then they finally responded to our complaints. At that point we refused to have them lay their hands on our vehicle after handing them well over $1000 in rust repair for it to return multiple times. Took it somewhere else and are pleased with the work. What a wasted time and money on this place they call a business!
