I'm not sure they actually want to sell me a motorcycle. Reached out on Saturday at Noon for a price and pics for a bike on their website that had neither and was told I would get them shortly. Nothing. Monday I reached out again (knowing they were closed Sunday) and was told they would "ensure it's done swiftly." 6 hours later and still nothing. Called them and was told I'd be transferred to the sales team and I got a voice mailbox. Never had a business work so hard to avoid selling me something. Very frustrating. Just want a price, it can't be that hard to provide one, can it?

EDIT: I DID eventually receive a voicemail from a salesman, but it was clearly a 'my boss made me make this call' type. Blamed their non-response on them focusing on in-store customers over internet sales and being busy. No real 'sorry we dropped the ball' at all. Since they don't want you to know the price, I'll give you what they gave me...$8499. Here are the pics they sent after 4 days of asking, too.

I scheduled an appointment in the service department to have new brake pads installed on my 2015 Vaquero. I arrived a little before 10:00 am and they checked me in promptly. I waited in the show room floor visitors area. I looked at a new Indian Springfield. The sales lady had greeted me when I first arrived. Her name is Helene. She came over as I was sitting on the motorcycle. She was very knowledgeable and offered to let me take a test ride. I had already rode one during your Demo Days. She gave me her card. My motorcycle was finished in about an hour and a half. The guy who worked on my bike even gave it a quick wash. Overall I was Very Impressed by the whole staff. Excellent Customer Service!

I had never ridden a motorcycle and came to McGrath with very little knowledge. I am a short female so finding a bike that fit me properly was important. Helene who was assisting me and is also a smaller female, said, “I got you! Let’s have ya sit on a bike and see what feels good and fits.” We found the perfect beginner bike for me and I am absolutely in love!! McGrath made the buying experience fun and provided friendly, knowledgeable service the whole way through. 10/10 would recommend!

Lots of inventory to choose from. I was in the market for a side by side. My first choice was purchasing a crew cab unit from a local farm store but reviews, warranty and parts availability steered me to look at what big name brands had to offer. I was surprised that the pricing of a Ranger crew was actually less than the other unit at the farm store with parts, warranty and service. I purchased a 570 Ranger crew full size base model last week and added a couple options to meet the same criteria of the off brand unit. Having someone like McGrath power sports available for technical support and assistance made the choice clear for me.

I am very happy with the bike I purchased and I plan on riding it for some time. However this is more so the fact McGrath had a very good selection and staff team. Even with staff on vacation they made everything work, I would like to thank Ruger for doing a great job with information and hospitality. Keep up the good work McGrath!!

Overall excellent experience! I called in originally and spoke to Sterling, the GSM because all the salespeople were busy. I gave him all the information on my trade and he called me back promptly with a fair value. When I stopped in, Sterling wasn’t available so I was greeted by Zach a salesperson who showed me a used bike that had just arrived. After leaving, I decided to move forward with the bike and met with Zach the following day to purchase. Everyone I met including Nick the finance manager were extremely friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend Zach to anyone looking to purchase a new or used motorcycle or ATV. Thanks for the great service and professional and courteous attitude!

The team at McGrath Powersports made the whole buying experiences worth while. It was literally entertaining and enlightening all at the same time. They were so patient and understandable and made the whole experience way better than I could’ve asked for. BIG shout out to John Shaffer, you couldn’t ask for a better sales guy. Absolutely respectful and didn’t push you into something you didn’t want. He was great to work with and highly recommend.
