I have been bringing all of my vehicles and referring all of my friends and family here for a few years now - but I will never be returning or referring anyone here ever again after this morning.

The person behind the desk, Dave I believe, was intentionally unhelpful and dismissive - bordering on disrespectful.

I referred a friend here, this was his second time coming to McFee. The vehicle was dropped off for an expected $1,300 worth of work, to be completed in 2 days.. 6 days later the bill came out to just under $2,800 (some of that extra work was just done without prior authorization or approval). I was paying the bill on this for my friend so I went with him to pick up the vehicle.

I asked if they could split the payment, run half today and half next week and allow us to have the vehicle back in the meantime. I 100% understand that’s asking a favor and is in no way an expectation. However, I had to ask Dave 3 times to run it by the owner, and I specifically asked him to bring up my account which shows the amount of referrals I’ve sent as well as my own spending history there and let the owner know it was me asking and me paying not my friend who’s name the vehicle was under. Dave refused and was visibly and audibly irked by me even asking.

Had the owner been given my full account info and said no he really can’t do that - I’d have said ok no problem paid the bill in full and remained a happy and loyal customer. But the conduct and attitude from Dave is enough for me to find an alternative mechanic in the future and never come back here.

I heard about McFee from a friend who got some work done on his daughters car and was verry happy with the quality and price. I brought my F250 work truck in that needed a lot of rust repair. It took a few weeks to be completed but was well worth the wait, the quality of work is fantastic and reasonably priced! I will definitely be recommending McFee to other that I know need auto body repairs!

McFee Auto Center recently completed rust repairs to the rear quarter panels and rocker panels on my 2001 BMW 330ci and I am extremely happy with results. I subsequently had them refinish my damaged 23 year old factory alloy wheels and they came out great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a shop that does great work for very reasonable prices.

They used possession of my key to strong-arm me, trying to force me into a bad deal.

My car was supposed to be completed today, Monday, 1/6. It was with this understanding that I booked the appointment this past Saturday, 1/4. I made sure to confirm again today that it would be done today. I also confirmed that I would be called, neither happened. I called near to closing time for them- only to be told that they hadn’t even started work. I used Uber to get there to get my key and leave, but they told me that I had to pay for the part or commit to coming back. No apology, no offer to pay for my Ubers- just demands with my car as hostage. Not only did I not receive what I was told- I was supposed to pay.

A similar misunderstanding happened on Saturday as they were doing my diagnostic- a woman came in expecting her car to be done- it was not. She also received nothing. I should have taken heed never scheduled an appointment with them.

You have possession of my key, kept from me by your employee with guile as leverage, instead of providing me with what I was willing to pay for. You have wasted my time, but won’t refund me for that- I have no contract, no legal recourse, and neither do you. Do not hold customer keys like that as leverage, when you have neither a moral nor legal prerogative to do so.

I had an amazing experience at Mcfee Auto Body! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, keeping me informed throughout the entire repair process. My car looks as good as new, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend their services!

McFee auto center did a great job on my Toyota Avalon. They put on a new bumper and repaired an existing side panel in just a few days. The price of everything was very reasonable. The staff was very professional and helpful. I would give them 5 Stars.

GO HERE FOR YOUR AUTO REPAIRS If there exists a PCP group of Dr’s equivalent to these Auto Tech’s then sign me up, lol. Joke aside, amazing quality work, gave my vehicle new life. I look forward to continuing having my vehicle serviced with these professionals. Deserve 6 Stars!
