I have been bringing my Mazda vehicles to cape cod Mazda for service for the past 8 years. Service has always been reliable and of high quality, but over the past year that I have been there the customer service has been second to none. Rhonda goes above and beyond during each visit to ensure a loaner car, facilitate a ride if needed and on two occasions they have even dropped my car off to me at my workplace after service has been completed. I am very happy!!

Amazing service department fit in my sons Mazda, his airbag light came on 2 days before road test in the only car he has driven. Evaluated and fixed next day. Rhonda is truly an asset to your department. Also neat to get video of findings. Great work!

I Have Not Had Service Perform On My 2021 Mx5 yet but I have used the service center at Premier jeep dodge several times. While purchasing my new Mazda I wondered over to the service desk and talked to Rhonda and she was awesome. She was friendly, professional and very helpful with all my questions. The new facility is amazing and looks state of the art.

Rhonda at the service desk could not have been more courteous and welcoming, even though I turned up on the wrong day to my appointment. 🙃. The waiting area is spacious, clean and has complementary drinks and snacks. I would not hesitate to bring my Mazda to this dealer in the future.
