Its refreshing to have a mechanic tell you what they would do in your situation, even if it meant less money, for them I found the people at Matt's Garage to be very honest and fair priced, and they fixed my issue quickly.

Rude customer service on the phone. Just had a simple question and was going to bring in my car. The gentleman I spoke to had no patience and didn’t even seem like he wanted to help or talk to me in the phone. I remained calm but it was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. Hoping my next interaction is better and smoother. Even though I am a single person, I hope no one else has this experience or service

My daughter's car stopped working and I had heard good things about this place so I had it towed there. I don't know a lot about cars, but was quoted a price that seemed way too high. When I asked the older man there about it, he was rude to me. I called around and found out that I was right. Had it towed again to another garage where they fixed the problem for less than half.

STAY AWAY. I had Matt tow my car home. He left the keys in the ignition with the lights on during the tow. When we got to the parking lot where I live, he took the car off the truck and was going to back it into my space. The car would not start (because the battery was dead...HIS fault!) so, he just left it there blocking the entire driveway and said, "you'll have to deal with it". I could not even push it because it's AWD so I couldn't put it in neutral. He could have easily put it back on his truck and moved it to a different spot where it wasn't blocking traffic and blocking someone in. Very mean, angry, nasty old man!! I'm SO glad I didn't have it towed to his garage...WAY OVERPRICED!!!!!

Fixed my rear wheel bearings back brakes and did a oil change on a Sunday and his prices are reasonable this is my second time going to his garage and I never had an issue when he repaired both of my cars
