Similar to Chris’ review, I recently brought my car in for a couple issues and was left disappointed. John fixed one issue, half fixed another and also claimed my tail light was out so did that himself (without asking, for $55). There was no discussion of pricing until I picked up my car and was shocked to see a pricey bill for 1k. They had my car for three days and the lack of communication resulted in me having to cancel an appointment when really there was nothing left they could do for my car. Mike used to call and discuss issues and cost prior to doing any work so that we were on the same page, he was always very communicative. This recent visit was a frustrating experience and very disappointing when all my previous experiences have been great.

Mike is out due to health issues. Johnathan was left in charge. He could not fix my plow truck. Stuck in 4 wheel drive. Never fixed it but now it won't go in 4 wheel drive. Rendering my plow truck useless. Also over charged me on another vehicle for a shifter bushing. I ended up doing it myself but he wanted to charge me $100. To put the air cleaner back on. I did not ask him to do. A 5 minute job. Mike ran the place better.

Mike is a master mechanic for sure. He is always able to figure out the problem, correct it quickly and efficiently at a reasonable rate. Sarah provides amazing customer service and is always able to fit me in. 😀

Mike is a great guy to work with. I left my CRV with him for a brake change. He stood by his timeline and got it done in couple of hours. More importantly, he gave me an estimate and stood by it too.

There is a saying “do it right the first time you won’t have to do it again.” Don’t waste your time at any other shop, it’s always a pleasure working with Mike the guys a master at his work and the guy goes above and beyond even doing extra service that you didn’t even request. If it’s something for the best benefit of your car he’ll do it and get the job done. Might I add I’ve been in and out of shops for 15 years (32yrs old)) and I’ve never met anyone with more than fair pricing and 100% honest work. He doesn’t run up your repairs he gives you the honest diagnosis. The guys a car Dr pretty much. Mike I appreciate you man, the navigators running smooth everything’s perfect you made my day.
