Fuí a reparar un neumático pinchado y me aceptaron con mucha cortesía porque no tenía reservación (hay que hacerla). Mi auto tenía gomas diferentes, no lo sabía, y la pinchada tenía un pieza de metal incrustada de ángulo a ángulo (me la mostró), era increíble. Me dió las alternativas correspondientes: repararla era un riesgo amén del sonido que conllevaría en carretera, ponerle la respuesta no era mi elección (son feas y hay que cambiarla luego) comprar 3 implicaría tener un "pata" dañada que habría que reemplazar luego. Opté por comprar una opción económica y un mejorada. Me fui por la mejorada. Uniroyal la fábrica Michelin pero es un Nike contra un Jordan. Opté por BF Goodrich . $200 dólares más no es la gran cosa para 4 gomas. Gracias Derick, gracias equipo. Muy profesionales, muy organizados y la limpieza es impecable 🙏

Recently had suspension work done to my lowered, custom dodge magnum and brought my car into mass tire for an alignment. The staff is friendly, and they have a super nice alignment rack which is low car friendly.

Shortly after the alignment I developed some concerns about the installation of the suspension parts I had done elsewhere, and I decided to bring the car back to mass tire to have it looked into. The owner of the shop was able to verify there was a small issue with the way my control arms were installed at the previous shop, and he and his team corrected the issue and re-adjusted my alignment for me at a reasonable price, and a one day turnaround. The owner is also a total class act who had no problem taking the time to explain what the issue was and how they rectified it.

When I arrived in the morning to pick my car up I was floored to see they had taken the initiative to park my car indoors overnight for added security. I am now 100% confident driving my car and wouldn’t hesitate one bit to trust them with my prized possession in the future. Thank you for everything!!

Mass Tire always bails me out of trouble with my car repairs and general maintenance. The staff is friendly, personable and above all else they are really honest and great people. I've never had a bad experience here and will continue to use Mass Tire as my go to repair shop. If you're looking for integrity, this is your place!

I have been going to Mass Tire for the last four years. Every time I've had to bring a car in with a problem, they explain in layman's terms what the problem is and what the options are to fix it. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. I've only had one problem where they installed a sensor that turned out to be faulty, and they replaced it for free when I brought the car back. The one time they were unable to finish service the same day, they offered me a free loaner.

Can't recommend Mass Tire enough.

I brought my care to Mass Tire for service after an accident they because they did not fix it properly the first time. They were very dishonest and charged me for alignment they never fixed properly at first. They also gave me a Synthetic Oil change I did not ask for and felt compelled to do for $85. When I left the lot my car wheel started to screech and it needed $450 of repairs. I was threatened and lied to many times by the owner. I was also extorted and had my car with held for payment in cash. I've dealt with a lot of dealers and tire shops none like this. I presume they pay for fake Google reviews. The best part is my oil change light came on less than 1,000 miles after they claim to have changed it. After my interaction I would never go near this place again. Too many honest people in the area. Pictures of my wheel and oil light with sticker from Mass Auto is attached as proof.
