Martin’s did a great job of keeping me in the loop of my repair process with updates along the way. Fantastic communication in a professional and friendly manner. They even went to bat for me against the Insurance to use quality parts over cheap ones that insurance wanted them to use. The people at Martin's Body Shop were great to work with. Our vehicle being new made it hard to get replacement parts. The group at Martin's kept us informed during the whole process. When the parts came in they immediately went to work and our vehicle was finished flawlessly. I highly recommend.

Fast and courteous service! Once I accepted the estimate, my car was scheduled and work was finished within 48 hours. Not only did they do excellent work buffing my headlights, they also took the time to point out some issues with the car that I wasn't aware of which caused water to collect in my taillight. Martin's Georgetown took exceptional care of my Honda Pilot. I was continuously updated on the progress of my vehicle, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, I thought by choosing Martin's body shop my SUV was in good hands. Instead, I had to leave it there an extra night, and bring it back because there were issues with the repairs. Even days after the repair the front of my SUV where they had work done is still popping out. We are a family of six with two babies under two, and it's extremely difficult to bring it in and possibly be without a vehicle until it is fixed. The repairs were done over the summer but we eventually just gave up with asking for the same issue to be fixed. Very disappointing since we did pay some out of pocket expenses and it is tough being a vehicle down.
