I recently had my car repaired at Marion Street Auto Body, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a clear explanation of the repair process. Mark took the time to answer all my questions, putting me at ease during what could have been a stressful experience.
The quality of work was outstanding. My car looks brand new, with every detail meticulously taken care of. The paint job was flawless, and you could never tell there had been any damage. They even took the extra step to clean my car inside and out, which was a pleasant surprise.
What really stood out to me was their commitment to communication. I was kept informed at every stage of the repair process, and there were no unexpected delays. The estimate I received was accurate, and there were no hidden fees or surprises when it came time to pay.
In a world where it’s hard to find trustworthy auto body shops, Marion Street Auto Body is a gem. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality auto repair services. TL;DR: I can't recommend this shop highly enough. Mark and his team are awesome.

I brought my car to him to repair some damage along one side of the car and prevent rust; he insisted on repainting the side instead of just blending the new areas in with the old like I've had done with older cars in years past with other shops.

I went in there just wanting to protect the car from rust but with the alternative being (a lot of) touch-up paint, the results speak for themselves. His team did an excellent job with the repairs and blending the new paint with the old at surface transitions.

My one minor regret is not having the whole car done. It's almost old enough to have its own license and the new paint is clearly going to look better. Because it's a metallic paint I can appreciate how much worse it would have looked if they tried to just paint and blend the scuffed areas instead of the side.

Needed collision damage fixed as a young girl in her 20s that doesn’t understand much about cars or insurance, but Mark and his people are so helpful! They helped me EVERY step of the way, making sure I fully understood everything I needed to know, and would repeat things 2-3 times to make sure I got it. I would absolutely utilize his services again and will recommend to everyone. He takes appointments seriously, don’t just drop in!

I’ll keep this short and to the point, if you need your car fixed, this is the place you want to go. Five stars are not enough for Mark and his team. Not only did they fix everything from my accident they went above and beyond and fixed stuff that had nothing to do with it. They made the process so easy and did such a good job that it was almost worth having the accident just to get my car back the way I did. Go here

I have a one year old work truck that received some damage to the door that needed repair. The rest of the truck had scratches on the body in various areas. I was given a quote to fix the door with a high/low range and my final bill was at the low end of the price quoted. But the amazing thing is that the truck was returned to me looking better than when I first bought it. Every scratch was removed, the wheels looked brand new.
Marion Auto Body is top notch. They do great work, at an affordable price and they are friendly and professional. They were recommended by my insurance company, and now I am going to be highly recommending them to anyone that needs bodywork to be done.

Mark and his team are phenomenal! They quickly fixed the front of my car and it looks fantastic. Everyone was so kind and lovable. If it wasn't due to the pandemic, I would have given them all a hug for the work they had done to my car. I highly recommend you all to go there when your car needs some fixing. You won't regret it at all. They are amazing people that love what they're doing and want to help out the best they can.
