I needed a tow recently when I got a flat (no spare!). Mal's towing arrived promptly, the driver was very pleasant and careful with my car. They brought my car to the tire shop, and we were done. Grateful for the simple process during a stressful event.

I cannot thank Mal's Service Center enough for their outstanding service! My car broke down at the 49A exit on 95 South after I mistakenly put diesel in a gas-only engine. It was such a stressful situation, especially with my daughter in tow, but they made everything so much easier.

The towing service arrived right on time, and the driver was incredibly kind and friendly, which was a huge relief. Paulie, who spoke to me on the towing day, went above and beyond to reassure me and promised to do his best to resolve the issue quickly.

True to his word, my car was repaired in a relatively short amount of time, and I was amazed at how thorough and efficient the team was. They even returned my car after hours, which was such a thoughtful gesture and something I’m extremely grateful for.

Mal's Service Center turned a tough situation into a smooth and stress-free experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to going the extra mile deserve more than five stars. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch service!

My car was hit while parked at the Staples lot in Cambridge. I was in the store all of 15 minutes and came out to find a deep dent in the door and no note left. Luckily a friend recommended Mal's. What a great experience! Excellent work; finished on-time; very fair pricing. Plus Junior couldn't be nicer. I hope I don't need them again, but if anyone else needs auto body work, this is the place to go!

Drop my car off on short notice Monday, luckily I had good timing. Needed a bumper, grill, and driver side headlight. They finished before the weekend. Friday evening I got it 🙂
Checked everything, the car was detailed, paint looked great, super happy, but turns out they forgot to replace a cover under the hood. I mentioned it and the took care of me immediately. A couple clips later, on my way..Very kind and mostly friendly my whole experience. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for good, quality service.

I have painted several cars over the years. I brought my vehicle here on referral but was very leary of going. To my surprise, Jimmy in the body shop is extremely fair and helpful. He likes to do things the right way!
Removal of parts no masking tape. I LOVE THESE GUYS....IM BRINGING THREE MORE CARS AFTER THIS ONE.

Went here for an inspection sticker and the guy helping me was very short and would not give me a time estimate on how long I would have to wait. When my car was done the sticker was put on crooked and the old glue was still stuck on below it. The one thing to do was put the sticker on straight but they couldn’t even do that. I am not going back to this place.

Although I didn’t get my car back on the original day I was told that it would be done they did a great job. Things come up and schedules can shift and they were very communicative with me about that. I can’t thank Mal’s and Mal Jr in particular enough, my car was hit while parked and the front door and fender were mangled. They did an excellent job on the repair work and even gave the interior a full detail cleaning.

Top notch service from Junior as always! Did a ton of paint work and installed/paint matched my spoiler. I am super picky about my car and this is my go to shop for all body work. Great communication while my car was at their shop and great quality work.
