We had an emergency issue with our motor home as we were Leaving to visit our son in NH who just had major surgery.
Torrential downpours and we had no defrost or fan. We drove in and asked for help. Within an hour they had us back on the road. This isn’t the first time they helped us.

This place is AMAZING!!! They have EVERYTHING!!! And if they don't have it, they are great about telling you where you can find what you need- even if it means sending you to a competitor. They have all the right COVID safeguards In place, but even so, their store was super warm, friendly, and inviting. I'm new to camping- we bought a new-to-us car that came with a pop-up (I know, right?) and I'm absolutely *thrilled* that they are just a few minutes away from us.

Had issue with refrigerator day before we went on scheduled trip to Maine. Major RV service center, Bruce had us take a ride down and quickly diagnosed what our refrigerator issue was…. Solved problem quickly and explained reason for it. Sent us on our way, happy. Will be back for any future upgrades or repairs. Thank you Major’s RV Service Center 10+++

We were in need of a new toilet for our RV. We called just before leaving on our trip hoping for a miracle. The staff was helpful and friendly on the phone call. Verified the dimensions/specs for our particular rig. When we arrived enroute to our destination to pick up the new toilet they were again just as friendly and helpful in person. Highly recommended. Would absolutely do business again! Wish you had a location closer to our home!

Camped in Bay View right next door. Needed a few things to complete our campsite and also to fix a couple over - winter problems with the camper. Wow, this is the place to go. So far I've never been to a store that has more of a comprehensive selection of items for sale. From pillows all the way down to trailer axles and everything in between. The people are VERY knowledgeable and super friendly. We'll stop here the next time we come to the Cape, absolutely. THANK YOU!

Overall customer service is poor. Called in to get a quote on a trailer hitch. The woman that answered says you have to come in for that. I go to the location. After waiting 10 minutes to get waited on, I ask again to get a quote on a trailer hitch. The woman at service says, you have to make an appointment for that. Couldn’t have said that on the phone If does not appear they are real interested in doing trailer hitches. I’m just going to U-Haul. Wasted enough time here !

First time for service. Used my extended warranty, Majors RV did the leg work, made the repair very easy, very knowledgeable about the trailer & what needed to be done to make all the repairs. Made an appointment dropped my trailer off a day early & it was ready when they told me it would be. Can't say enough about how well I was treated. Well worth the trip to have any work/repairs done to your tailetr.
