Main St Dance Center is fantastic, especially thanks to Alexis! As an adult beginner, I was nervous to start, but Alexis has made every class fun and supportive. She gives helpful corrections and shares so much great information. I definitely leave class feeling excited and energized. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this studio to anyone!

Alexis is a phenomenal teacher and coach. She is passionate about bringing out the best in her students as well as fostering their love of dance. Alexis is very talented at how she delivers critique so her students can succeed and has a deep understanding of the dancers body. But, it’s not just about perfecting and owning technique, she also helps them recognize and value their mind, heart, and body all working together to pursue their joy of dance. Alexis has devoted her time above and beyond to my daughter’s ballet growth. From her own professional ballet career, she has gained so much expertise and technique variety from different styles around the world. Alexis brings so much passion, devotion, and talent to her studio dancers - pushing them as individuals while recognizing they are also just kids. She inspires my daughter to reach for the stars, believes in her, and has quickly become a lifelong mentor and confidant for not only myself as a parent, but also for my daughter and her ballet future. We had our son 1st Birthday party here. It exceeded our expectations with amazing decorations, fun age appropriate activities and great customer service. Ms. Alexis went far and beyond to make sure everything was superb. The location is great, and we loved how clean everything was. We truly recommend Main Street dance center to anyone looking for birthday party venue and or dance classes for all ages. She is the best!

I took my first class at Main Street Dance Center today with Alexis and I'll definitely be back! After a ten-year break from ballet, I was a bit nervous, but Alexis made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She provides excellent education on the anatomy of dance, and I highly recommend her if you or your kids want to learn ballet. I'm happy to have found a great studio close by, without needing to drive into Boston. I can't wait to take more of the adult classes! 🙂

I had a birthday party for my two year old here and Alexis and the crew were absolutely amazing! They set up adorable farm decorations, a really fun obstacle course and made everything run super smoothly. Alexis especially was so helpful and worked with me to make it exactly how I wanted! I definitely recommend for birthday parties! The price was very reasonable too 🙂

Alexis Panos is a fantastic dance teacher (both my daughter and I have taken private ballet lessons with her), and she is also an extremely talented strength and conditioning coach. I love working with her at Main Street Dance Center. Between barre and workout bench, mirrors, mats, exercise balls and other assorted equipment, Alexis has everything one needs for yoga, core and strengthening work in her studios. I look forward to her weekly coaching!

Alexis is an amazing teacher who is passionate about both her students and the art of dance. She offers the highest quality in training and is very dedicated to what she does. As a someone returning to dance, Alexis took extra time to give me personalized corrections and to understand my needs as a dancer. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything dance related and is very kind and supportive. I can not recommend her or Main Street Dance Center enough!!
