Best shopping experience EVER! We purchased two 2024 Sea-Doo's one month ago and a 2024 Godfrey Pontoon this month. We want to thank sales person Lisa Strombeck for all her help in finding us the perfect boat for our family and for all her work and advice in completing the purchase. Lisa went ABOVE and BEYOND in all areas; we are not experts in any way, so HER EXPERTISE was invaluable. She is personable, knowledgeable, and was as excited for us as we were for ourselves:). Going from an 18 ft. to 24 ft. was a learning curve, and Lisa gave us our first lesson, down to docking. Main Channel made sure the boat was in perfect condition. We could not have asked for more and recommend both Lisa and Main Channel if you are looking to upgrade!

This place is incredible. From the friendly staff, to the quick walk in appointment on a busy holiday weekend. They were able to get my pontoon checked within minutes of opening their store. Their manager Scott is a great guy who truly cares about customer service.

Horrible experience, will never step foot in here again. I asked Troy Webb (salesman) if a Ranger they had would transfer warranty and twice he misrepresented that it could. I drove 3.5 hours one-way only to find out Main Channel had purchased it repo'ed, which meant the warranty could not be transferred, to which he said "well, you never asked" (which is a lie). Horrible way to do business.
I let the GM know of the situation, provided screenshots of the interaction and asked if he thought that experience reflected the values of the dealership. He eventually responded, offered no apology, backed Troy and ignored the fact that he lied about our prior interaction.

We recently purchased a boat from Main Channel and highly recommend them (specifically Chip!). We are out of state (NY), and found the excellent pricing and customer service to be well worth the distance. Chip was super helpful and responsive almost immediately to all of our questions, and went out of his way to help us navigate the entire process from another state! By email, phone, text, and in person, Chip was a consummate professional that knew their products inside and out.
