Marta and Alejandro are fantastic instructors and honestly one of my absolute favorites to learn from. Every time I take a class with them I learn so much and they really focus on breaking everything down so not only do you learn something, but you learn how to do it correctly, along with how to do it properly in a social setting. All type of dancers would really benefit from taking a class with them , even if you’ve been telling yourself you want to learn, but are scared to get yourself out there , give them a shot .

Marta and Alejandro are the owners and instructors at M&A Dance Lab! These two such have a dynamic personality and it shows with how engaged they are with their students and when they dance. I love the fact they are also active with Teaching at Congresses, competing and performin. Which means they are constantly refining their skills and refining you as a student with new and fresh materials to keep you relevant.

CLASSESS
Prices and availabilities for classes are by far the most reasonable I’ve ever seen in comparison to studios like Arthur Murray etc. But the quality is superb. So, imagine buying a luxury Maserati car for the price of a ford focus. It’s because they are one of the very few dance studios and teachers who care more about their legacy of teaching the dance, creating a community and culture.

COMMUNITY/CULTURE
Everyone will eventually be like family to you. Marta and Alejandro’s reach goes far beyond their studios. They reach through Social Nights, Congresses, performances, and workshops.

10 out of 10 Stars for Marta and Alejandro! Such amazing talented team they have at the studio. It’s so sad that I’ll be moving out of state, but their events are so good that it will be compelling to fly back just to grow and build more amazing experiences. Thank you!

There is no better place to learn salsa, bachata, and other Afro-Latin dances. Marta and Alejandro are excellent teachers. They emphasize technique and build muscle memory through repetition, as a result, the group classes are a great workout.

I've been attending M&A classes for the last couple of months and not only I have enjoyed them, but also I have learned a lot.
The owners, Marta and Alejandro, are great instructors and make the classes accessible and fun in their own unique ways.

I recently attended the Kizomba Ta Doce Weekender at this studio. It was a well organized event with great instruction. Marta and Alejandro are excellent instructors who foster a welcoming atmosphere. The studio is also very well kept and clean. Highly recommend!

I went to M&A DanceLab for several socials and dance workshops. The instructors were lovely, fun, sociable people who taught with skill and clarity. They break down movements so that their classes can learn how to correct the little things that trip us up while also providing interesting sequences to learn. Strongly recommend them for learning salsa, bachata, kizomba, & ballet. Also, it is a great space for social dancing with two rooms for different styles in the same night.

You're treated as an individual here. The instructors pay attention to [important] details, are good at explaining concepts, and are patient and encouraging. Most importantly, I felt welcomed since the first time I went there. I almost don't want to write a review because I selfishly want to keep this treasure to myself 😁.
