Matthew has great customer service. He is very good at communicating in a way that does not sound belittling. In my experience around the county, mechanics can be very rude and condescending. Matthew provides excellent service and I know I can rely on his staff. It's clear that he has standards and will expect his team provide the same service he does.

I meant to post this some time ago, but whatever. Took my work car to Matthew @ M&M Exhaust to have the sound toned down a bit, and I couldn’t be happier.

In just over an hour, he had it sounding like it always should’ve, and for just a little money at that.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Matt was able to get our vehicle in for repair quickly and fix it right.
Didn't realize how bad the problem was until we drove it after the repairs. Now runs quiet, with no vibration noises. And, for a reasonable price. He had the car fixed while I waited, less than an hour.

Matt's superior customer service skills were an added bonus. His enthusiasm and knowledge for the work he performs, the love of vehicles and respect for people who drive them was inspiring.

We have another car needing some exhaust work, so we'll be back!

Found this jewel of a shop by word of mouth, was looking all over Indiana, didnt realize we had such a great place this close to home.
These guys do great work, beyond normal exhaust. They took care of all the little details I dreamed of on my Jeep Wrangler v-8 exhaust. True duals, X pipe, O2 sensor, premium mufflers, nice vibration mounts, removable piece for future engine swap. They took the time to do it exactly right, knowing how particular I am on this Jeep.
