I was involved in an accident and while my insurance company was being less than cooperative I had to look for a new vehicle.

I was referred to Jeremy at Lynch. From the time I walked in the door till I drove off in my vehicle I was extremely impressed with my experience. Jeff Gorkow was so nice and didn't make me feel inferior as some car sales people do because I am a woman buying a car. He just gave me all the info I asked for and let me make my own decisions.

They definitely have a no pressure sales approach. They were very informative on all of my options including an extended warranty to cover unexpected repairs once I got to the finance department.

Buying a car is one of the most stressful things you'll do in your life and they made this so easy for me!

They were also able to get my vehicle in and get some paint corrected on it and the work is superior!

I can't wait to deal with them again! (Hopefully not soon but for sure down the road).

They are a little far from where I live (~30 min), but after being dissatisfied with the dealerships closer to me I'd say it's worth the drive. I have gotten two leases (with Mark and Dan) through Lynch and have left satisfied each time. The sales team is friendly and transparent. I didn't feel pressured on either occasion. I also appreciate their efficiency and willingness to do things remotely when possible. Strongly recommend!

Arrived at the Quick Lane on a busy Friday morning, 3 cars checking in ahead of me. Within about a minute, Liz checked me in for an oil change and and free rotation on my Tire Road Hazard program. After 10 minutes, she assigned my Edge to Alex to perform the requested services. In less than an hour I was paying my bill. Kudos to Liz and Alex for the exceptional service experience!
